Store needs more organization and leadership

Lazy staff and rude on the top. I used to come here every single dayto get my groceries espacially frensh baguette. Today the shelves was empty but I saw the bread in the rack in the back, I was looking for someone to help but nobody show up, I kept waiting until one vendor came, I asked her if she can give me some baguettes, she said I can't and she left, she called someone else and he came speak to me, I said I want some baguettes, he said we don't have anymore we didn't bake today, he said that while I'm looking at the rack in the back stuffed with bread and croissant. Bad guys! Not professional at all.

When I first started going about a year ago. The store was very well stocked, clean, friendly staff and lines were seldom long but now the store is a mess. The produce section is barely stocked.. the grapes are old and the bakery is out of several of my favorite items. The staff is always in a bad mood and the lines are extremely long. I will be looking for another place to shop.

I passed all the old school grocery stores to go to Lidle. I love the bakery and the non food items available. It is like a mini super Walmart ?

You have to get groceries before Saturday afternoon... Saturdays after 10 is congested and checking out takes a long time. By Sunday - Monday the shelves are nearly empty for basic food items.
The earlier in the morning you go, the more pleasant the shopping experience is

This is the 4th time this year that I've received spoiled food from the Lidl in District Heights, MD on Marlboro Pike. On 9-9-2024 I purchased the "fresh" salmon. When I opened it today, 9-11-2024, it was RANCID.
I brought it back to the store for a refund. It was still with the original packaging and label. I was told that I could not get a refund because I didn't have the receipt. I was offered a gift card, but I politely expressed to the manager that I don't currently trust the food from Lidl. The manager was polite, but declined my request for a refund.
I will never... Never... NEVER buy anything from ANY LIDL ever again. I will be content with a Google review, reporting Lidl to the Better Business Bureau, and reporting Lidl to the Prince George's County Dept of health.

That store was a mess. It was so dirty, and items weren't in stock. Items were mixed up in the wrong location frequently, and the floor was so dirty. I told them too. Makes no sense. I left without buying a thing.

Very clean and well organized store. Need to keep a closer eye on the meats (beef especially) for expiration dates. Managers keep an eye on lines to get cashiers on registers to keep the lines moving.
