Ran out to grab one thing…. Got to the store at 8:27…. Door says 9:00. Doors locked and staff inside stocking. Smh

One of the workers Tee was extremely rude. I asked her about one of the dressing hanging up & she barely wanted to help me look for it.. she said, if you don't see it, you probably don't have it. I said to her "yall should probably take the dress down so people don't think you have it. She replied, with an attitude saying "well, tell the manager if you have a problem, I'm not about to do all that." I told her, I was just making a suggestion you don't have to be rude. She continued talking under her breath, and walked to tell the manager about what I had said.As I continued shopping I overheard her in the back saying "I'll smack her." Completely inappropriate. And I told her she needs to watch her mouth. If she can't control her emotions, then she shouldn't be working in Customer Service. She proceeded to walk towards me, raising her voice, cussing & yelling that she'll smack me. The manager didn't apologize or say anything about her behavior towards me. She walked her to the back room then came back to finish stocking. Terrible customer service

As a customer service rep. This store was very organize and clean. For their customer. The workers were not very attentive to the customers in the store. When I asked a question, they would point you in the direction and choose not to help you to find what you’re looking for, I went to the section that I was directed to, but could not find what I was looking for. Then one worker went back over to help check the sizes on the shirt that I was looking at . There were not any prices on any of the shirt, she choose not to take it to the register to find out the correct price or put the price on the particular clothing that has no price. Carmen was the only worker to help me out. I was at the register for seven minutes and no one came to help the young lady on the register while I was waiting. The young lady on the register was on her phone using her earbuds. I was not please at all.

the WORST rainbow in RAINBOW HISTORY EVER the lazy employees only care about snatching bags at the front rather than helping or assisting with customers && whoever is on the aux cord your music is some trash as well as provocative so please be mindful that children come inside of your establishment Stop eating & socializing on the clock & go get some work done.

Do not shop at this SilverHill Rd location. Their policy is different than other Rainbow locations. They do not exchange/return clearance items, even if an item is defected. I purchased clearance jeans at a different location asking prior to be sure if I could return because I purchased a few different sizes. Went to this location to exchange since I was in the area. I was told they don’t do that. I feel Policies differ in the MORE URBAN and that’s discrimination. I still purchased the items I was gonna exchange for however I won’t be back. I also was told by another location that customer do complain about that location. So I can see I’m not the only person to have noticed the foolishness.

This place had nice clothes for women size 14 and up, but Im smaller so the clothes would not work for meThe young ladies working in the store cursed as there were customers walking around and browsing. Unfortunately, I see that as a lack of professionalism. However, Im noticing that this is the norm in Maryland.

Love the prices and you can get cute for cheap. Some other reviews are correct; clothing racks are a bit too crowded and store is a bit small. Also there were 3 cashiers on duty but they were taking turns going to the back and fighting over “who’s next to take the customers” it wasn’t a huge argument but you can tell they’re annoyed with each other ? lolThey are nice to the customers tho

Honestly the store is a hit or miss in the plus size section. You might find a few things but I wouldn't get your hopes up. The store is also kinda small. If you get something from the sale section make sure it fits because they will not give you your money back. All sale items are final sale. Its not a bad store for the price but a lot of the plus size items are way to misleading. This is my second time in two years trying this store and my disappointment is still the same. Kinda feel like i wasted my money but one outta for items is better then nothing and the prices were unbeatable.
