I came in to pick up a print I ordered online, and they pretty much shrugged at me. They told me they just became a Walgreens so they don't know how to get it to me cause their machines not up.

No longer Rite Aid pharmacy it's Walgreens.... THE wait time and Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was told at 12:40pm that my prescription would be done at 2:30. I called several times only to be told they are busy and it will take another 30 minutes . Well it's 6:16pm and I've been on hold for 15minutes. I'm holding listening to the chaos in the background and typing this review. I will not ever come here again

The pharmacist is the worse at this location,, very rude. I will not be getting my rx filled by rite aid ever. And after reading some of the reviews, I think I'm making the right decision.

I used to have a Rite Aid closer to me that closed. My prescriptions were transferred to this store. The customer service here is very good. And the employees in the pharmacy and the store are very accommodating and helpful. They have often gone to check to see if an item was in stock for me and saved me a wasted trip. I appreciate the friendliness and the employees' knowledge about the merchandise. Thanks Rite Aid/Walgreen's!

This place is truly rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist, which was a man was extremely rude to me and even yelled at me. He gave me the wrong prescription and expected me to be “ok†with it. If you can go to another rite aid because this one is trash.

They are the worst, most belligerent, ignorant pharmacists I've met in awhile. I wonder do they purposely believe people of color deserve bad service, because I can't imagine this staff being allowed to operate in the chaotic fashion in which they do in any other community. They have either not filled the correct Rx under the correct name (mine), or LIED 1/2 dozen times or more. I have spoken to Corporate at least twice, it gets better then it reverts back to the norm. When you complain they act aggrieved as if the customer is an interloper and how dare you interrupt them with your trivial issues like getting the right Rx. I hope Walgreens puts the entire staff for every shift on an improvement plan or get them out of our community.

My wife and I arrived to this location to get her pain medications due to her having a c section 3 days prior. We were met by a female who identified herself as Morryne who was absolutely unhelpful, unprofessional, unable to do her job correctly and decided to have a full blown back and forth argument with my wife about her insurance although it was her that was making an error. After a 40 + minute wait my wife was informed by Morryne that she didn't have to assist her and that she could take her prescription to another facility. I guess this was done so that she could cover the fact that she herself made the error resulting in a customer in pain being completely upset. She never apologized and when asked her managers name and number she said that we could speak with a gentleman named AJ who expressed several times that he had absolutely nothing to do with the pharmaceutical department. We plan on going back to speak with the head pharmacy tech Mr. Richmond tomorrow in regards to Morryne. If at all possible please do not attempt to get any important medication during Morrynes shift. Oh and yes I did get my wife's medications because she (Morryne) was the one making the error NOT us or the doctor or the insurance company as she so adamantly proclaimed. I will never visit this pharmacy again outside of going to speak with her boss!

This is not fair to people that support this Drugstore I revived 1 phone call from Joel??? when I called back the phone hung up. Never the less my Dr. written a new Rx and Rite Aid got it right. I do know mistakes can happen and they do. Joel if you can call me back please do so or contact me here. 1 star is because there was only 1 follow up on this issues service is more of a 3-4 star when I go in.
