USPS always gets roasted but honestly gotta give credit when it’s good. Clerk #13 (yeah that’s literally what the receipt says instead of a name lol) was amazing. Such good vibes, super sweet and actually made the whole trip feel chill. If every visit was like this I’d leave 5 stars every time!!

Definitely rude staff. Something should not be said because everyone doesn’t know there policy despite working here. The passport lady was very rude and made it known she had an attitude. She needs hug or a better job

Sent my mom her mail, which also had a Mother's Day card in it, she never received it. I bought this card two months prior. No matter what I sent her, she should've received it and it shouldn't have been tampered with or stolen. No wonder they'll probably be closed soon, everytime I turn on the news someones tampering with our mail, stealing checks, etc. The integrity of USPS is dead.

Kiosks are the best to ship after hours. Everyone was nice here that I spoke to. A new gripe though, this isn't available after hours like most post offices I am familiar with.

I had two experiences at this post office. First the mean bitter women I spoke to the other day. She was very negative and spoke down to me. The very next day I was praying I didn't get her again. This young lady was so sweet how she spoke to me about my situation. I complimented her numerous times on how she made me feel and she was awesome Mrs Lee. She was very professional with her actions and tone. And explained the process to me. Nowadays people don't know what the other is going through but her interaction put a huge smile on my face. You are appreciated....
