Slowest and worst pharmacy ever. Dropped off prescription on a Saturday , was told it would take 2 days. Eh, ok guess I’ll deal with my bad cough until then. 2 days later they can’t find the prescription, waste 20 minutes of my time searching and holding up the line. Then Finally find it and try to refill it 🤦🏽♀️ . Then start asking for all of my Medicaid info all over again. Mind you, it was SUPPOSED to be filled by then and I didn’t have my Medicaid card on me. I snatched my prescription from her, took it somewhere else, got my medicine with no problems. This Walgreens sucks!

Every since they closed the Walgreens in Forestville, this Walgreens in District Heights has been a terrible experience. long lines, and they refuse to answer the phone and it takes them days to refill your prescription.

I usually just go for toilet paper and paper towels when there's a sale on Bounty. The store brand tp is a great bargain for me; 10 rolls for $6.36. The big name brands have less rolls for almost double the price in other stores. The staff is always polite and provides good customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! This is a HORRIBLE Walgreens pharmacy. The staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and lazy. They don't answer questions. They ignore/hang up on callers. They refuse service to people because they don't feel like going through the basic steps that a pharmacist needs to go through in order for prescriptions to be processed. I'm looking forward to this location being closed down.

Sorry to say, but I was happy to see this Walgreens location permanently close on September 10th, 2025. The store was clean and kept in good repair, but the staff (especially in the pharmacy) left a lot to be desired!

Don't bother coming here to do FedEx returns! When I walked in the store Lisa (staff) saw me and shook her head. She asked me if I had a printed label, and I told her no. My return only had a QR code and nothing else. I waited in line and when I got to the register she explained that she had to walk to the photo lab (which is in the store, next to register) to get a printed label. She walks there and nothing supposedly prints after she scans my code. I wasted time. Luckily, the Walgreens on Marlboro pike was equipped to handle to the return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional pharmacy in the entire country. Orders are never filled, always short staffed, rude workers. I everyone to please go to any other pharmacy beside this one.

CLOSE THIS LOCATION!Terrible! Do not go here! The employees and pharmacist are rude to people seeking much needed medication! Wrong medication is issued and reactions to other medications are not checked! Medications are stored on the DIRTY FLOOR! THIS LOCATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED!
