IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! Now I will say the young lady with the red dreads that works in the pharmacy was helpful and assisted me with no problems but whoever they had working the register (she seemed to be new perhaps) was a nightmare. She had a slick mouth with a smart tone. Every customer that came to the counter including the women before and after me had an issue with her. I asked her could she check if prescriptions for my ONE year old child had been sent in and she immediately (without even typing in his DOB or looking at the computer at all) told me they do not have his prescriptions they would not be ready for an hour. I simply wanted her to check if the prescriptions had been sent and she continued to tell me like im not a pharmacy technician myself that they didnt have his meds once again without ever verifying anything. I talked to someone else who let me know that yes his meds were there and they’d be filled in 20 minutes. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE.

Just received a call from automated system, indicating that they would be temporarily closed!!! No info given to the 800 number just that they were closed! This is pathetic Now what am I supposed to do about my prescription? They need to close the whole damn store! They can’t ever keep a permanent pharmacist, they rotate staff including the pharmacist like a revolving door!! What good are they? The store never have items in stock. Do us all a favor and close for good👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

This is the worst Walgreens ever. So many bad experiences. Tonight the pharmacy department closes early, let me stand there while they all looked at me saying nothing. I asked if they were closed - then finally they acknowledged me. If i could give a 0 to the pharmacy department I would. Couldn’t get my prescriptions.

Walgreens is a good place to shop they have food beverages and vitamins they have a great 1.25 alise and their employees are very friendly and helpful I really love shopping there

They really need to work on the drive through pulled up there were 5 cars in line it’s an hour later and they have only processed 3 of them. I literally can’t get out to get my meds because I’m sick. I’ve even pulled right up to the window with NO cars and had to wait almost 15 mins it’s really just this location all the other Walgreens I’ve been to have great customer service and you aren’t waiting 15-20 minutes to get help

Don't do online orders here. The process is smooth anywhere else but here. You'll place a same day delivery with adequate time, it won't be fulfilled, they won't cancel so next thing you know there's an order sitting outside while you're at work - THE NEXT DAY. Tried a different option for curbside pickup. No one came out after 20 mins. Already not feeling well, I call in to cancel so I can lay down. Girl gave me the smart "it cancels after three days". I told her this situation was different because I marker that I was there. Please confirm... she got smart. As soon as I finally close my eyes, I get alerts that the order was PICKED UP. Now I'm getting the whole ring around the rosy with the phones and trying to get confirmation or a refund or bag the order back up so I can get it. Left on hold. I have a feeling I'm going to take a $50 loss here so I just emailed corporate because the " chat" is useless. Scripted responses.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't communicate anything to patients, if there is any issue with your prescription, they won't say anything until you give them a call, if you're lucky enough to get through. I'm writing this review as I'm standing here in front of the pharmacy. I called two days ago and the person told me to call tomorrow to run the prescription. I called the next day to run it, they told me on the phone, "your insurance went through. It should be ready by 5pm". Well it wasn't ready at 5pm, the app said "out of stock, should be ready the next day by 5:45pm". It wasn't ready the next day so I decided to call, after waiting for 20 mins, someone finally answered. I gave them my name and they said hold on, I then waited for another 10 mins, then the phone started to ring, then it hung up. I called back and also decided to go to the store since it's so close to me. I called back and been on hold for now 30 mins. I'm on hold while also waiting for my prescription, I told the lady my name and she's preparing it right now. No one has never answered the phone since I've been here, literally in front of them. As I'm standing here I also receive a notification that my prescription is being processed via the Walgreens app, two mins later, I get a call and a notification from the app saying that it's ready to be picked up. I hung up at the 33 min mark. This is ridiculous, these people need some serious customer service training. They aren't nasty people, fairly nice tbh. But the customer service is the bottom of the barrel. GET THIS DAMN PLACE SOME HELP!
