I sat in here for over 20 minutes just for the teller to finally ask what was I there for then proceed to tell me they couldn’t help me because they were closed this was vey inconsiderate \\u0026 something needs to be done the two bankers that were working didn’t ask me not one time why I was there or what I needed help with \\u0026 one of them was the manager very unprofessional this experience made me reconsider banking with Wells Fargo.

I would never bank with well Fargo again after my experience. They have bad customer service here the manager with the accent excuse me, she is so rude and terrible with handling her customers appropriately and I was so surprised that she was the manager, I don't think she represents the bank well at all. Then as I watched her go talk to her employees bad as well. I no long bank with Wells Fargo.

Felice Arrington is VERY unprofessional and discriminated against me. I am shocked she is the branch manager. Though this bank is conveniently located to my home, I will no longer bank at this location. I will also remove all business accounts and will campaign to have the same done for my associates, friends and family.

So tired of poor service in pg county. Line is through the door and Blaine and Antoine too cute to help out. One person servicing the lobby. Unacceptable!! If this was Bowie it would be a different story I'm sure. Do better!! If I could give no stars I would!

The worst of the worst Wells Fargo bank to go to lines are extremely long every hour for no apparent reason at all I work at petco which i make change runs takes me literally two hours to get back to the store based on the lines they only have two tellers every day DON'T GO I REPEAT DO NOT GO

Worst customer service. Always uses the excuse that they are under staff. Well do something about it. 2 cars in the drive thru and just took 25 minutes. This location sucks.

12 people in front of me and 3 people behind me in line at the branch on a Thursday at 1:15pm . I see 5 employees behind the window but looks like only 2 tellers working . Saw at least one person walk away saying they not going to wait any longer .

Customer service at this location is horrific. Constant long lines with only one or two tellers available but multiple employees standing around. This morning, I was the 13th person in line with seven people behind me. When I asked what was the problem, I was told that there in the process of hiring additional tellers. Having been in line since 9:12, two additional tellers finally opened up at 9:24am.
