The hotel itself is fine but they tried to charge us a parking fee which no one saw on booking. I even went back and tried to rebook another room and didn't see it. This is a random suburban hotel not something in the middle of NYC. Give me a break.

Myself and my family have come here a few times and stayed different amount of times and I have no complaints. Check in was simple. The only reason I did 4 stars is because of the breakfast cost I belive $17 per person and Pay for parking. Other then that it is a very nice place to stay a night or a week. The room was nice, clean and spacious. BUT Prices are high and DOESN'T include any Gratuities ?☹️ (Not even free water). I've been to lesser priced hotels and the guests are more appreciated.
