My experience here was horrible the store is always dirty staff is very unprofessional the night shift crew always smoking outside and come in and don’t wash hands or make food after 7pm and the morning shift crew is rude especially the foreign lady and Man

I came today and there was a old lady working and the doors were closed there was a other customers too. It says it opens 24 hours and she says it’s close. I come literally every day at 1 AM and it’s open and she didn’t wanna open the door for me. She’s rude and no customer service.

The foreign lady is great. All the other woman are nice. However, the bald guy would make me quit if I were her. When you see her working 2 registers because the line is back to the coffee machine, and you not only walk into the back, but stay back there until the line is almost gone, now that's a problem. He gets 1 star. Every other employee would get 5.

I wanted a slurpee. Simple as that. I live on Trappe Road at North Point Road. So I went to the 7-11 right by my apartment building. So when I went in, there were no slurpee cups. The machine was full with at least four flavors including Coca-Cola. So they only had Big gulp cups. Wow. Ok. That forced you to get a big gulp cup. They didn't have the traditional cone shaped plastic lid with a hole in the top for the straw. Ok they charged 2.21 for the slurpee. When I asked about the lids, I was just told "Sorry, we don't have them." So everyone who wants a slurpee from this location has to use a big gulp cup with a flat lid. I felt for the two kids in front of me, and the young lady behind me who also noticed. Another American tradition gone by the wayside or taken advantage of because the store general manager doesn't care about the correct representation of an American icon. I waited to get through to Corporate 7-11 office, but they never answered the phone.

7.11 on River Back Road, Essex, MD. I love the owners of this store. They are a lovely couple who take the time to say hello to everyone who walks thru their door. It is a much welcome atmosphere when there are so many haters in this world. I love you. Never change! Madonna Cohen

This place is WAY OVER PRICED,they change prices daily and never have the hotdogs fixing and the hot chocolate machine has been out for 3 weeks. Taking my business to drug city.

Extremely disappointed in how the manager is running this store! Before she leaves for the day she locks the room that has certain items the cashiers need to access for the customers when they run out or run low. For example I have gone in many times to purchase cigarettes and they always say they don't have any behind the counter and that they're locked in the back room. When I have asked if they have a key they tell me no and that their manager locks the door when she leaves. 711 is suppose to be a convenience store but I find nothing convenient about it if you can't buy what you go there to buy simply because it's locked away in a room. This is the closest store to where I live in walking distance so it's not easy for me to just drive around. DO BETTER! I've never had this issue with any other location except this one.
