During the January 9, 2024 Winter Storm to hit the east coast my business location was flooded which caused some water damage to the wood flooring base to my service truck. After logging this experience with photos, time line, Matthew was quick to offer instructions on how to get things moving for repairs too include follow ups making sure I was taken care of. Actions from a person as Matthew displayed reflected he was more than just an agent, he had become something more resembling family. Within 3 weeks of submitting a claim for this storm damage, I was made whole only to proceed with repairs. In what seemingly is a rushed world we live in today it’s comforting to know someone actually does his or her job like a true professional.

“It was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.”
