Love the company, this particular store not so much. Went in to upgrade both phones on my account. I received an email stating that they had phones available and when I looked some for upgrades at decent prices. Proceeded to show the clerk the email and she said phones were in stock. She went in the back to get them. Instead she bring up the Moto G Stylus 2026. Not the phones we asked for, she then insisted that they were better and after being persistent about it I gave in. Fine, the phone was only 69.99. wrong after opening it and proceeding to activate it, tells me it's 200.00. for both phones? No the one. 😡 I told her nevermind I changed my mind I only want one. My girlfriend calmed me down and I just let it slide. But I'll never come to this boost location again. Charge us 200 per phone when advert in my email (which I still have) said 69.99. oh and pay for screen protectors that wouldn't fit on phones. Had to go to Walmart to get the right size ones.

Unlike other days found a new girl when I visit the store with poor customer service and unfriendly with bad attitude which is serving a customer while she is on a call with a friend she doesn't even say thank you

Got 2 new phones with 1 port over and it took 4 days for that line to start working . they sadi that they could not do anything to help we just had to wait

I went there Friday March 3rd and the man didn't know what he was doing...I was in there nearly2 hours. I had to go to another boost mobile to get things corrected
