Shelves never stocked, items always in boxes.
When u want to get something out of the box they tell you that you can't do that. REALLY? How can I purchase something that Isn't on the shelves?
They don't realize how much money the are losing because shelves are empty.
Also only one cashier 🤔

Too many times the store is out of product. The aisles are blocked with boxes of product that needs to be put on the shelves.

The prices are too high!! It was bad enough to be charged $1.06 for each item because of sales tax or whatever. But with everything going up to some items being $1.25 for each item to some items being $3 or even $5 for each item. It's too much!! I've been told that the prices keep going up to recover the loss items lost from people stealing from the store. But yet this store can't do anything to stop people from stealing anything! People can steal and walk out. Yet the rest of us have to suffer the punishments that should be inflicted onto those who have stolen. How is this fair??? Well this isn't fair! This world isn't fair! That's very true but that also means that if the rest of us have deal with your upping the pricings! That means means that life doesn't have to be fair for yous either!! #BoyCottingDollarStore until every price of every item has dropped back down to a $1!! No $1.06. No $1.25. I mean a $1 (Tax included)!! Everyone in our community is struggling financially! Why make it harder on us??? Have you thought of the possibility of people are stealing because of the prices are just too high that they can't afford to buy the items in the first place?? Have you guys even considered that??

This is one of my favorite Dollar tree locations because the store is always orderly clean and organized and a lot of the merchandise is always stocked most Dollar trees have a shortage in the freezer department that goes with this one too but more often than not the freezer is stocked and has nice selections. The employees at the register are also welcoming and nice to talk to.

I am just appalled at how Dollar Tree employees can deny their shoppers from using the restroom. I can shop in the store for over an hour due to the great items they have to sell and sometimes I may have to use to restroom. I visited two locations within one week of one another. The first one was 1762 Merritt Blvd, Dundalk, MD 21222 and it was NOT a pleasant experience. I had been in the store shopping for items for my niece's "Get Well" basket I was making for her. I was shopping for about 20 minutes, and I needed to use the restroom. One restroom had a sign on it "Out of Order", and the other was locked. I left my cart by the restrooms, and I went up to the last register by the office and I waited in line to ask the cashier if I could have the key to the restroom. The cashier did not look at me as she stated "We do not have public restrooms". I asked her "since when?" She never replied so I just walked away. I did not get her name, but she was a young skinny white girl who had long dark brown hair w/bangs, she wore eyeglasses, and she had a white earbud in her right ear. I went back to where the rest rooms were to get my cart and I checked out. While exiting the store, I peed myself. I was so mad at the cashier. Two days later I visited the Dollar Tree at 9991 Pulaski Hwy, Middle River, MD 21220 to purchase the rest of the items for my niece's "Get Well" basket, which I was making for her. I HAD a pleasant experience here due to the fact that I WAS able to use the restroom with no locked doors. I frequent the Dollar Tree stores often and I don't appreciate bad customer service. I will NEVER return to the Dundalk Dollar Tree again, which is very close to my house. I hope the Dollar Tree corporate headquarters intervenes in this matter and make shopping at all Dollar Tree's pleasurable.

Hit or miss with customer service, Sabrina is a sweetheart. Store is usually only halfway stocked, boxes out in the aisles every time we come in. Like 4 of the freezers say do not use/open, don’t trust any of their frozen/refrigerated items at this location. Can’t find baskets anymore, and the carts are always jumbled together or staff has taken them to go and fix merchandise.

Store is a mess and poor customer service doesn't help. Employees with nasty attitudes towards some customers, not others.Apparently, this store has a different exchange policy than the other stores in the Balt/DC area. The policy should apply to all, not just one store,
