Ms. Melony helped us cheerfully. We had some problems locking and unlocking the lock for our unit. She not only took the time to show us how to use the lock, she gave us another one.

Update 10/2025 When my mom passed away suddenly, my sister and I were having a hard time parting with her things and needed some place safe to store them. Extra space is clean and temperature controlled and the shining star of the whole experience has been Meloney. She has been exceptional every step of the way. Thank you for being so awesome.
