Well to start off with I am a pharmacy tech. I have been since I was 18. I am state licensed and certified. Some people really need to learn the laws of the state. You can not fill a script early even if the dr writes a date. If you have insurance the insurance issues the date that it can be filled not the pharmacy. If you have insurance you have to use it no matter what you are trying to pull. This pharmacy is right for doing so. The only way to pay cash for something if you have insurance is for the insurance to say it's not covered. You then have the choice to take it or leave it. I have had problems at this pharmacy I'm not saying I haven't but for people to say things that they don't know about is so wrong. I see these people so much I feel like I should work there. If you need something they do the best then can to order it and fill it as soon as possible. People need to learn what they are talking about before they put something or someone down. No matter what my problem is with the scripts not being filled or something else they always try to work it out and get it done. I have talked to some rude people there before but the ones I talked to were filling in and don't normally work there.

I called to check the availability of a medication. I spoke with Mary. She was very friendly and super helpful. It's nice to get good customer service these days.

I had just picked my mother up from surgery and we stopped at Giant Pharmacy to get her prescriptions filled. I was very pleased with the service, the pharmacy technicians were friendly, fast, and efficient.

I can call in an order and get texted the same day it's ready, every time. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

They are so awesome there. Mary is a sweetheart and does everything she can to help me if i run into a problem. If you have any issues with your prescriptions shes the one you want to handle it. They do flu, pneumonia and covid shots too. They do their very best to take care of their customers. I don’t go any where else for my prescriptions.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Worst service ever. Young ladies working counter need a lesson in customer service. Do not make an appointment for any vaccine. They do not look at scheduled appointments. Scheduled for 2:45. At 3:30 they have given shots to 2 customers. They do not honor appointment

All of the stuff in this pharmacy are amazing! Never leave me on hold if I call, prescriptions are always ready on time or early. Just a great neighborhood pharmacy with great employees!

Yeah I having on the Giants since I was a little kid ever since I used to go with my grandmother before she passed she passed the 98 so I've been going there for a very long time and now I go every month even though I don't live in the area no more right there I still go there to get my prescription every month once a month persistently but for the longest time I went there at least once or twice a week when other than the area and done that all my life I don't know they got good product stores clean good prices also have a membership plan which helps out a lot and you know so it can be used towards gas which is always a plus I never had a problem there my friend work there ever since he was younger he won't work in the morning passed away currently but he was a buggy boy this place been in the community for a long time and they support the community in a good way. I don't know I suppose I was one of the best stores in the area it's convenient and I always too busy for one and you can count on the products being fresh and catch a good deals also they support a lot of jobs for young people in the area they get them shots so plus they got a coronavirus program going on there we can get your shot so I don't know I would recommend this place

I received my Covid vaccination yesterday. They were well organized, knew what they are doing, keeping the prescheduled appointments on time. In and out at no time. Thank you Giant Pharmacy team.!!! You are running an excellent operation, bravo!!! You are the best! I gave you 5 stars.By the way, Bel Air, MD Giant Pharmacy should come and learn how to run Covid Vaccination program from you. They do not know what they are doing and going in snail phase. My wife, after 2 hours over due in her appointment time still waiting, in store, with a bunch of people around. So much for our quarantine.
