I had my taxes done there last year, they charged $220. This year I went to EZ Parcel, right next door and was charged less than half. My paperwork was identical to last year, as well as my refund.

Gary Howell has been the best tax specialist I've ever met. Working with him has seriously changed my life and business for the best. It's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders plus I'm sure it has been done correctly this time. Unlike all the other people that messed up my returns. Gary Howell was able to fix all the mistakes.

Have used H&R for past several years mostly without incident. I pay the extra fee for any mistakes made etc... For them to fix it if there is a problem. I don't know who is at fault the state of Md or H&R Block but due to a issue with my taxes filed last year something is screwed up. This has caused me not to file taxes this year because the problem isn't resolved. I feel as though H&R should be resolving this considering i paid them a substantial fee for this reason. I suppose my next move will be retaining a tax attorney. And not using H&R Block anymore.
