Terrible service. Pre employment urine sample and had to come back twice just to wait and came back to force me to wait after explaining I had a full bladder. I suggest anybody that uses this place for pre employment to seek else where for better service.

Not even sure why I gave it one star so we can subtract that as well but I’ve waited for one hour and 10 minutes and everyone kept being called. My name was on the board. Everybody’s name was being called except for mine. They said they called my name and text my phone Both in which is false because I had my phone and I sat there and could hear clearly everybody’s name and everybody getting up only one name they kept calling was a Reagan. And that person would not answer and they called that person multiple times, but not once did they say my name I think they pick and choose

Patrice was very kind and had a beautiful energy. Made me feel comfortable. Had an appointment and was in and out.

Staff was nice and attentive. Wait wasn’t long. Blood draw was easy and quick. I’ve been here a few times never had a problem. 4 stars because I hate all the technological check-ins that never work.

Too slow, if I’m expected to abide by a appointment I expect for it to happen, there’s no reason to set up a appointment at 11:30 and still be in the waiting room at 11:50, if I were not here for my appointment for 11:30am until 11:50am it would not be honored.

Word experience EVER! Got there at 10:15 waiting to get a drug test done they called about 3 people then stop all I hear is the staff laughing and giggling in the background I ask how much longer the smart ass lady at the front desk replied with a smart ass comment!! Lab corb is the worst!!!

Went with my Husband yesterday Nov. 26. We got there 10 minutes before they opened. Was first time there and was very pleased. The girl that checked him in was all by herself so she was checking patients in and drawing blood. She was very nice. Was leary about going seeing how low the ratings were, but we were very pleased.

I was treated at this location I said good morning when I walked in when a phlebotomist treat you made do not let her or him take your blood I didn't know what was wrong with her I asked her if she knew someone she treated me so bad it's a long story but anyway then I asked where was the bathroom she didn't say anything she pointed so when I got home I took the bandage off and my arm was bruise and cut she had cut me with that needle that's why I call people like that a caword but GOD said to me to keep still this is not your battle 🙏

Made an 830a appt online...11/8/24. I got there at 815a, but had to wait while 8 people in front of me stumbled through the use of 3 kiosks. Check in at 830a. I sit, and sit, and sit...while walk-ins got seen ahead of me. I was the last appt person on the board at 940 after watching 15 walk-ins that came in after me get attended to. Finally got in, blood drawn in 5 minutes after three pokes. Nice lady says sorry, I'm not good at this. What??? Never again. Go somewhere else. If I have to wait, at least I won't be in the room with dundalk people. I felt like I needed another shower

Shanna up front was a joy to talk too. That’s why I gave 4 stars. She’s the only one that smiles. No running water in bathroom sucked though. -1 star. Sanatizer provided though.
