Today was Black Friday and I was looking for a good deal on a queen size, soft mattress for my daughter. We had visited another reputable place and they wanted over $2000 and that did not include the box spring. They claimed they didn’t offer any specials because their prices were already the lowest — lies!! We went to Mattress Firm in Dundalk with hopes of finding something comparable. Kim, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store as well as what was online! You could tell she’s had years of experience. She asked what our needs were and kept us well below budget. I didn’t even need to finance!! We were even able to get an adjustable base for the same price as a split box spring! Not only did we get a great mattress that has a 93% satisfaction rating, but we also were able to get same day delivery. She far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we didn’t go with any other retailer!! This is my second time getting mattresses from this store and they have never disappointed!! Please stop by their store if you are in the market for a new mattress!! Ask for Kim!!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Greg, told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few different mattresses in my price range. Once I figured out the best one for me he made sure everything was good to go for delivery on my day off this weekend. Highly recommend dealing with Greg ?

After doing some research my son and I went to 3 stores 1 was closed down the second didn't have adequate stockWe went to Mattress Firm after speaking to the Salesman on the phone.He gave us several choices.
