I have been a long time customer of Mr. Tire Auto Service Center. I called ahead and explained a couple issues with my car and set up a day to drop my car off. After dropping off my car, received a phone call couple hours later explaining what they found and the estimate. I gave approval to go ahead and work was done in a timely manner and Brian saved me some money. Thank you Brian!

I was at this location once before for new tires. The gentlemen and woman who work the desk were extremely nice, knowledgeable, organized. I am here again, this time I am here because I have an Issue. Next review I will update :-)

Sadly had to lower my 5 star rating I was regular coustomer but there employees ain't really reliable took my jeep renegade there today and got call hour later that wheelcalighment guy didn't show up man I hope they make this right cause would hate to have to lower down to one star cause pepboys and ntb tires are looking better especially ntb tires cause they got me in for wheel alignment same day I had to pay for 4 cabs one to get home and one to get back there from home then one to get home from another alighment shop and to get back to the other alighment shop

Assisted in completing some repairs to my vehicle's front end. Some tie rods needed replacement to align my front end. The work wasn't able to be completed while I was traveling. Mr Tire - Athens (The Plains), Ohio, did all they could. The rods were seized. Mr Tire-Dundalk, Maryland, was able to get me in like a charm using their web-based scheduler. They addressed some other issues. And now my 2018 is rolling down the road as if it was just off the lot.
The photo attached is the result of taking the word of a mechanic/technician at an oil change place. I put the question to them if it was road worthy for an 1800 mile trip. The rapid deflation occured at about 700 miles.
You'll have no issues.
