From the front desk to the business side of the wall and back, everyone treats me with respect and kindness. From my first telephone call in which I requested many tissues for the expected tears I planned on shedding, to my actual therapy. (The tissues were there, but I only cried on the inside) The treatment was professional and amazingly friendly. Thanks Novacare!

NovaCare is a fantastic place to rehab. It starts with Tara at the front desk. She's friendly and will take care of all your scheduling needs. The therapists are superb, both Sona and Brent are excellent physical therapists. They have all the equipment you need. I've rehabbed there twice, once long-term and once short-term. The staff gave me wonderful care at the facility and at-home exercises. I highly recommend NovaCare for all your physical therapy needs. Sincerely Bob.

Brent Parker has been my Pt and he has been amazing. He walks me through my stretches and is very knowledgeable about my condition. And the staff are friendly, and courteous

I had six weeks of Physical Therapy with Brent to relieve the pain of an arthritic knee. I thought I was headed for surgery. I ended up getting my life back! I am back to full movement and am very grateful for the patient, friendly service that I received. Shout out to Tara too on the front desk as good customer service should always be noted.

Brent is one of the best therapist I've ever had! He was the first therapist that looked at the whole picture and created a plan instead of just just treating my issue like a standard shoulder issue. Before I started therapy, I had accepted that where I was at 1 1/2 years post op would be the best I would get and I'd just have to live with the pain. I'm happy to say I was wrong. Brent and the other therapists I worked with were all wonderful and very knowledgeable. They all worked on different things and the pains started to do diminish. I accomplished more in 4 months than I did when I went to therapy post op and it's because Brent put the pieces together and addressed my muscle imbalances and muscle atrophy that other therapists did not. If you need physical therapy, this is definitely the place to go especially if you have complex issues. I can't say enough great things about everyone there!

Brent is absolutely phenomenal to work with, first class guy and physical therapist. Took me from not being able to throw 20 feet without pain to pitching in just 1-2 weeks! Without him I wouldn’t be able to continue my athletic career, but he does an absolutely amazing job of getting you back to healthy and helping you get stronger after recovery. Can’t speak enough about how great of a guy he is too, highly recommend for anyone!

I sprained my wrist skateboarding last summer (and then subsequently made it worse by falling while snowboarding, etc) and was referred to this NovaCare location for physical therapy by my doctor. After attending PT here twice a week for a few months I have zero complaints. The staff are all friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, they're flexible with scheduling, helpful with insurance nuances, and most importantly they helped me get my wrist back to 100%. Definitely five stars and I'll return here if I sustain another injury that requires PT. Hopefully that doesn't happen but if it does then at least I won't dread the recovery.

The Dundalk Novacare center is conveniently located off of Merritt Blvd. and German Hill Rd. just minutes from the beltway. Their hours accommodate a variety of work schedules. Brent (my therapist) was both personable and professional. He was a good listener and adjusted my physical therapy plan to account for my specific physical limitations. I looked forward to each session as I always felt better after each session. In addition, Brent is very well versed in post surgery rehab as well as sports related injuries. I would recommend Novacare to anyone requiring physical therapy.

The location was very easy to find and the workers were always very nice. I definitely would say that after going here I experience less pain and I was sent home with workouts and stretches to help improve at home. Overall, great experience.

Great from beginning to end . My lower back has been an issue for decades . The staff got me feeling better than I thought possible . Highly recommend Nova Care in Dundulk !!!!! Thanks for getting up and moving without the pain .

I thoroughly recommend this NovaCare, and specifically Brent Parker, to anyone seeking to come back better and stronger from an injury, surgery, etc. I am a late 30s athlete who still competes at a relatively high level in the sport of CrossFit/functional fitness. However, over time, I have had injuries that led to surgeries, resulting from my level of activity and my innate physiology. However, with Brent's help, I was able to come back to sport. Brent is attentive, thorough, innovative and just "gets it." Unlike others, his solution is not simply to "just stop doing what you're doing"; it's to understand what makes you you, and what makes you happy. And then he puts a program into place that will allow you to be your best self. And, to boot, he's responsive and understanding, and has the right approach to patients. Get here.

This is the best physical therapy place Ive ever been to. The people are very nice. They ask questions that r understanding n they answer questions to the best of their knowledge. The location is very noticeable. The services r wonderful. Please enjoy n tell every1 if u want great services Def come here. Accepts alot of insurance company's too.
