RAI Motorsport is a highly skilled shop that does excellent work and is well run. The team is fantastic diagnosticians, thorough, and professional. The owner is honest, fair, and does an excellent job of communicating what needs to be done and why. Customer service is excellent, friendly, and genuine. The shop provides wonderful inspections, identifying all items requiring attention and helping to prioritize what needs to be addressed immediately versus what can wait, which helps to stretch out the cost. They have never attempted to upsell. They are great at sourcing non-OEM parts of equal or better quality at less painful price points. The team works diligently and thoroughly to complete work in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. They go above and beyond to get the job done, even on older vehicles, leaving cars running great and handling awesome. RAI Motorsport can do more than maintain and repair vehicles; they also perform upgrades, like suspension work, to improve handling, and they provide tuning services. On rare occasions when work was not perfect, the owner owned up to the problem and worked with the customer on cost so they did not pay for rework. The business has gained loyal customers who are strong advocates, with some traveling from other states to use their services. Clients are extremely happy and highly recommend the shop, rating the service 100 out of 10.
Went there for an estimate and they were straight forward and honest about the repair. Very knowledgeable of my Audi and ecosistema the repair in detail. This is now my go to shop. My car will go in next week.
