Royal Farms, a local convenience store chain, has received mixed reviews from customers in the Northpoint Village and Dundalk areas. While some customers praise the exceptional quality of the chicken and fries, as well as the exceptional customer service provided by employees like Sylvia, Corey, and Kay, others have expressed disappointment with the declining taste and quality of the food, as well as poor customer service from certain staff members. Customers who have visited the Northpoint Village location have reported that the chicken tenders and fries have become less flavorful and poorly cooked, with some even receiving uncooked or barely battered items. The customer service at this location has also been described as unsatisfactory, with staff members sometimes providing rude or dismissive responses to customer concerns. In contrast, the Royal Farms store on German Hill (Store #68) has received high praise for its exceptional food quality and customer service. Customers have singled out Sylvia, Corey, and Kay for their exceptional cooking skills, friendliness, and attentiveness to customer needs. One customer even referred to them as the "Power Team" and expressed a strong preference for visiting this location. The Dundalk area has also seen mixed reviews, with one customer describing the Worse Royal Farms location as having lazy workers and a disrespectful manager named Ms. Patty. However, another customer had a positive experience at a different Dundalk location, describing the food as fresh and hot, and the customer service as excellent. Overall, the reviews of Royal Farms suggest that the quality and customer service can vary greatly between different locations, with some stores providing an exceptional experience and others falling short.
Decent convenience store with a pretty good rewards program.

Ms Michelle and the other cashiers are always the sweetest people when I come in, and I'm in royal farms EVERYDAY. Someday just to feed off of the energy that they provide.
