I came in to get a style that was long in the back tall in the front and short on the sides but she shaved off all the hair in the back of my head and made the sides of my head uneven and gave a bad fade on the sides when the picture shows nice fade and she has the audacity to ask “dO YOu LikE It.” So NEVER and I mean NEVER go to sport clips.

Terrible!!!! Don’t take your kid there unless you don’t care what he looks like when he comes out. Took my son in to get his haircut. Gave them an exact picture of what he wanted. It was a longer style cut with the back and top left longer and the sides, cut shorter. She immediately buzzed the back of his hair, and when I tried stopping her and saying something all she said was oh oops, I must’ve looked at the picture wrong (how the heck do you look at a picture wrong? I showed it to you you looked at it and then said OK. ) Meanwhile him, and I were devastated that she just chopped off his hair that he had been growing out . He wanted a longer style haircut. She also cut it very uneven and she cut the back of his neck. Didn’t offer a discount and barely apologized for it, even though she completely botched his haircut and gave him something completely different than what he asked for and she even had a picture that we showed her that clearly was long hair in the back.
