First time at this branch. It was a little upsetting in the beginning not understanding what the teller wanted to do with my account information. But in the end Linda and Melissa were both great in explaining what was needing to be done to my account. I appreciate the attention to detail.

With 6 deposits that you have they make you faces and you feel uncomfortable and you don’t want to come back to this location again they need new staff or if they want to loose costumers they can keep them .. I went to another location where they are super friendly and helpful .. the weird thing is they work with our money and they need our money to have business .. but they don’t care

I came in today looking to get rates to open a CD account and the representative Melissa told the lady in the lobby that she was about to go to lunch but she'll take me anyway I felt like such a burden but i sat and got the little bit of information she gave me and left. If they dont want my business i can go somewhere else.

I tried to open a new account but i fell i m. Not welcome at this branch disregard with rudeness that s all i got .I know somtimes they have work pressure but this is my 5 times. Visiting this branch i feel deffecult to open a new accountHonesty They need to work on a costumer service But thanks God i just opend a new account with TD BANK I get the best costumer service with the best SmileChange is goodI m a 14 years suntrust costumer

Closed down my bbt branch have to go here now. Spend years developing relationships with people and come to a new bank to get treated like trash

Horrible service. Short staffed and lady in the office while 1 teller works with 1 customer 2 in line and one waiting at the drive thru is talking with her friends instead of working. This place is a joke.
