I went there last Friday wanted almost a hour while my feet was in the pedicure tub. Then when someone came she out two different polishes on my toes gel mind you
It haven't even been a week and my polish is peeling.Two weeks prior before that the old guy cut the side of my toe open it was bleeding he just kept wiping it and pulling this stuff on there he was rough and rushed the whole time this a done deal for me
Wont be going back at all horrible service for sure

I got a full set and they all look different shapes, size, and thickness. I dunno I guess they just look lumpy to me. Corner of two nails almost look like chipped teeth (see pictures for better understanding of what I’m talking about). I used class pass and they charged me a different amount so I had to pay the difference which class pass said isn’t something that should happen. The station they did my nails at was dirty like it had been used by another customer (polish and acrylic on towel). I was told to pick a color but the nail ring has most of the nails broken off so no way to know what a color looks like or to see the name and number of a specific color. I didn’t complain about all of this while in the shop because it took so long to get this done that I had to leave for a prior engagement and did not want to take the time to re do my nails. The first person i saw was talking on the phone the entire time she worked on my nails and the second girl is obviously in training bc she kept having to redo the acrylic on my nail but not by removing but instead just adding more to it which likely explains the lumpy nails I now have. I will say they were pretty friendly so they have that going for them. Not enough to make me come back though.

I don’t get my nails done often and rarely write reviews. I’m disappointed in the results of the gel I received. I brought it up to the technician and she said it was my skin. Just wanted to share my experience

This place is absolutely disgusting, don’t go there . Not clean never do your nails how you want old lady is very rude . And I’ve been walking by this place for over a month and these window full of bugs have just been sitting there

What i asked for and what i got was not pleased at all and still paid my nails are all different shapes and sizes on each finger not only that i took my little cousin to the same lady who messed her nails up as well and cut her finger not only that decided to talk in Spanish saying my cousin is being difficult and my cousin speaks and understands Spanish very well i will not be returning

I was recommended to this location. I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure look like my 10 year old grandson did it I didn't even want the manicure after looking at my feet I would've been better off throwing $50 out the window. The issue are too many to comment on. It took 11/2 to paint my toes. Really. The worst pedicure I received. The absolute WORST
