The employees working the drive-thru think customers are required to "tip them" and then get mad when you dont. It always seems to be the younger ones that doesnt know the value of anything. Im sorry, sweetie. It's not my job to help fund your bad habits because your employer doesn't want to pay you what you think you're worth. Check your attitude next time and show some respect, and maybe someone will want to tip you. But then again. No one with a right mind is tiping anything for anything from this place.

I found hair in the chicken quesadilla and when I called to the owner restaurant he said it’s my hair. It’s too much so people check your food twice after buying it.

I ordered from their app for delivery today, which goes to DoorDash drivers. The driver didn't bring my wrap, only my drink, and when I chased him out of my store to ask him about it, he was quick to just say I have to call DoorDash, no apologies, nothing. Anyways, I called the store because I ordered from their app, so it wouldn't show on DoorDash for assistance. The young lady I spoke to was really really kind, apologized, tried explaining the interaction with the driver and the employee at cafe, and when I told her I'm at work and have no car which is why I ordered delivery, she went out of her way to have someone bring my wrap to my work. That was very sweet of her and I greatly appreciate it! Everytime DoorDash does one of my deliveries I'm either missing something or something is made wrong etc. I was so angry at the DoorDash driver for not even apologizing or doing something to rectify his mistake - so tropical smoothie cafe on Merritt, you guys are awesome! Thanks again!!

Great customer service from Dayhalee! Super friendly and I received my smoothie and food in less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend this location the service and staff are awesome. Everything tasted amazing too!

The cashier up charged me for one and then right after I paid and got my change he crumpled the receipt and threw it in the trash.A smoothie with the purchase of a wrap and protein added to the smoothie is supposed to be $13.18 ( I did the calculations on the website). The worker charged me $16.91.I then proceeded to ask another worker if they still do the coupon scan for the customer service and smoothie discount and she said yes and I informed her that the worker threw my receipt in the trash and she just ignored me and went back to cleaning.I will be returning next week to ask to speak to a manager

The Good:The establishment was definitely clean, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was fast and efficient.The Bad:The establishment was uncomfortably cold. In addition, the employees were frequenly using curse words. My four year old son was there and he, unfortunately, picked up on these employees using it first. They were used too frequently to ignore, which is a shame.The Judgment0 Stars:Awful place. Take your business elsewhere or, at least, use the drive-thru if you do not wish to hear explicit language.

A heavy set black dude that works there charged me a tip without my permission while in the drive thru. And proceeded to not give me a receipt so I cant see it. I did complain to another worker and got my money back but I feel uncomfortable going to the establishment knowing he works there and could be doing the same to others and might fall victim again.
