DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
I wish I read the reviews before going here.
Do not waste your time at this post office. The workers are rude, disrespectful, and incompetent.
The two times I’ve come here they’ve made huge mistakes with my mail.
Very poor communication skills were experienced by multiple staff members.
Time would be better spent going to a post office that has trained staff.

This is a horrible post office,they barely have any staff,meaning barely any mail carries,they deliver late instead of delivering early,and they never deliver my government check on time! I’ve about had it with this damn post office,ya’ll need to step up your game,seriously! This is ridiculous horrible customer service!

Very unprofessional, I put my mail on hold got confirmation of the hold at the end of the hold I went to get my mail and they had nothing. They lie to cover their major mistakes snd the ignorance of the female employees is real. So disappointed in the services. When you talk to them they try to make it seem as if you did something and will tell they are going to look into take your number and never get back to you. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

Very good place. Shame about the service this morning at 9 a.m. I arrived to make a shipment that I needed quickly and the girl who was serving me treated me very badly, she practically humiliated me in front of other people. That's the only thing about the service that was fine after that.

They advertise access to PO Boxes at 6:00am yet the doors are always locked as late as 8:30am. Was told by the manager recently that she couldn’t let me in because she did not have the key to the doors. Complaint filed with management!

Nope.
Delivery is often delayed even though the post office is right across the street. They will claim they made a delivery attempt, but my surveillance cameras prove that is a lie. They will claim that packages have been delivered when again, that can also be disproven with the cameras and other evidence.

Bad experience, I requested a key, I paid for it on 2/11/25 and they still haven't called me. I went to complain when 8 days had passed and they told me to wait for the call. It's not fair, I need my key.

No matter how many times I send it back, I still get other people's mail. I even put my name on my mailbox. Why can you not just do your job right? I call, but of course since it's not something you want to talk about, it's not an option on your automated service. You suck! THANK GOD TRUMP DID AWAY WITH DEI!!!!!!!

They lost my package but put it as delivered then when I file a request to find it not only can they not spell my name correctly after mentioning how to spell it a billion times but they basically told me they can’t do anything about it because they delivered it and to “check around the property” I put the same address every time I’ve ordered something but for it to be delivered would require an actual decent competent post office. I have had many issues with this post office already but this was just the icing on the cake absolutely done with this place and would suggest you go to a post office that isn’t lazy and careless.

I can't even count the number of times they mark my tracked mail as delivered and it doesn't actually get delivered until the next day or in one case over a week later! Also the number of times thst mail just....isn't delivered to our street at all (like today, did our postal worker take an extended labor day holiday? Service was supposed to resume on Tuesday and yet). Recently they lost one of my packages once it got to the Dundalk post office facility and it was never located. I am so freaking DONE with the Dundalk post office. DONE.

First off there rude personal here. Second they dont even know there poster 7 policy that allows us to record them in there public duty. An its a constitutionally protected activity. Called the cops thinking they can trespass me for recording.

Paid to mail a package 3-2-24. The estimated delivery date was 3-5-24. As of today 3-8-24 the package is still at this location. If you have a business where you ship items I wouldn’t go here. They will have your package sitting there with no updated delivery date once the original delivery date has passed.
