I love Walmart (BUT) this location has really fell off. The bathrooms are never clean , The deli department doesn't really know what they are doing, my daughter was there 2 weeks ago, they skipped over her & let her someone go before her. This is not acceptable! Managers please address it@!

Done with this Walmart. If you have 16 items they won't let you through the express line. I would totally understand if it was a Friday afternoon and there were lines. The express line had open registers so i walked right up and would have been out of there in 3 minutes. I guess thinking for yourself is not encouraged at this Walmart. Well i will take my money elsewhere. Congratulations another customer lost.

They hire a bunch of lazy people that ignore you when you ask for help. Sat waiting for someone to unlock baby formula with a line of other people waiting for the same thing for a solid 15 minutes. Every associate that walked past ignored us and acted like we weren't here. Flagged one down and they said they will try to page for help but never did. What a joke. Corporate office needs to do something about this branch. Cut down on employees put in self checkout registers and hire a bunch of lazy people who don't want to work. Yeah that is good for business. Edit: came back a second time, same issues, lines are out of control, 2 self checkout areas they have 2 registers open, guy at self checkout directing traffic yelling at his coworker standing in front of subway. Corporate office needs to do something about this store, It has turned into a 3 ring circus.

The self checkout has gotten worse over the last month.. They now want 15 items or less.. Problem is, they went from 13 self-checkouts to maybe 4 . There's no direction or signage about where to stand in line for self checkout. Almost saw 2 people get into a fight about who was and who wasn't in line. Most people fall in line if someone is standing there.. Others are oblivious to any line that might be forming and try to cut ahead.. They need signage on the floor or somewhere hat everyone can see. Good idea, bad execution.

I really enjoy the renovations Walmart made at North Point. If they would do something about the long lines, I'd give it a better score

When I walked in there was a police presence and customers were yelling at employees. The employees were telling people to be safe. Most employees are very pleasant and I really feel for them because the customers can be very rude to them. People should try a day of working with the public.

This is the worst Walmart in the general area by far. They weirdly put all their cart returns 100 yards away from the door, instead of near where people actually park. They’re terrible at keeping at keeping up with their inventory, so don’t be surprised if they’re out of the one or two things you went there to get. Now they’ve turned all their self checkouts into 15 item or less, so you’re only other option is to wait in line for 20 minutes for a cashier. No thanks. I’ll be going to literally any other one from now on.

Bought an Apple Watch for online pickup and when I opened it in my car and tried to charge it the watch wasn’t turning on, had scratches, didn’t have the pull tabs on the box, didn’t have the cover on the watch, and after comparing the watch with ones from online didn’t seem real. Seems like I got a fake Apple Watch. Had to then go inside to explain the situation and return the watch and buy another one which took over an hour out of my day. Either someone in the electronics department, receiving department, or online pickup department swapped the watch out with another one. I’d avoid this Walmart if you are buying electronics especially from online pickup. Whole situation seems sketchy. I don’t recommend using this Walmart again for purchases besides food & groceries. Never had this experience buying electronics
