First time using a laundromat in a long time, so I was nervous and didn't know what to do, but the staff were super friendly. Showed me how to get a card and helped me get detergent. After that, using the machine was easy. It wasn't too packed when I came, and it was fairly clean, so I had a good experience.

I come to this laundromat all the time to wash and dry my clothes never ran into a problem until today .i put my clothes in the washer #23 @ 16:12 which is about 4:pm. Ran to the store while washing . We had 30 min to wash. Never receive a notification that my wash was done then I got a phone call saying I was holding up the wash machine which wasn’t true. We didn’t get a notification until 5:05pm and the phone call came first. That not the issue. The issue was when I got back my clothes has been taken out the washer machine and place in one of the cart that everyone in their momma put their dirty clothes in uncover. At the very lease and that just was not okay with . People clothes need to be treated with respect . They could had put my clothes in a bag before putting them in the cart.

The machines are in good condition, the customers get upset because there are too many people and that is not a problem of the owner or the employees, they complain because it is dirty when it is the same customers who leave the facilities dirty from the bathrooms, machines and the floor, how could a single employee serve the customers, clean, take orders for laundry and wash the clothes, the owner is the one who should hire more staff to assign the tasks and finally the lady who took the photo to the young lady employee with what right does she do it? ... Ladies, be aware of your children so that they do not damage the facilities and they themselves do not have an accident ... some time ago the son of a lady broke a glass door, the responsibility is of the parents, not of the employees to be taking care of them, so if we do not like being asked to pay attention to our children, we should be aware of them, the service is good but one employee is not enough for so much work.
And if you check the profile of Mrs. Jakie Va, who was the one who took the photo of the young employee, she only goes to the business page to leave a single star and complain.

Been going here since this place opened. In the beginning it was clean always and the staff was friendly. That is not the case anymore. It's always dirty, the staff is not friendly, unpleasant smells, the bathrooms are filthy. It's gone downhill.

I've been going to this laundry mat for 2 years or so now. And in the beginning it was amazing. But it's kinda went down hill in terms of customer service. Employees used to be a lot more friendly. It's always way over crowded when I go now too. Typically doesn't smell very good in there either. It used to not be that way. I don't know what happened but I still go there for convenience for now.

The laundry mat is so Big and clean 🪥 for a family of 3 🎯 I'm not sure what is a great price but I spent a little bit of money and time and I got excellent results. I highly recommend this place to get laundry done if you don't have a washer and dryer

My washing machine broke, so i had to do laundry elsewhere. I went to a laundry mat closer to my house, but it was dirty, and half of the machines stopped working. Wavemax laundry mat is high-tech and very clean. I went here after the laundry mat closer to my house, closed down for a while ( I was glad it did) . I would recommend this laundry mat to anyone who needs to do laundry outside their home.

This would be a nice laundromat of they put stipulations. I had to wait 1 hour for a dryer. Also it needs to be more cleaner with a pleasant smell . ( Please use Lysol spray if possible)
Other than that I would have gave this place a 5 star
