I ordered my food through the wing stop app and it was set for delivery. My order was picked up my DoorDash - Wingstop outsources their delivery - my order was confirmed and picked up from DoorDash and then it was canceled.The doordasher stole my food.I called several times, however I was redirected. The young man who helped me was super patient and kind - I had an attitude at the whole ordeal and he handled it like a champ!After 2.5 hrs on the phone in the store with DoorDash, they issued the refund. The young men working re-made my order and were super apologetic and accommodating.

Order was messed up when given to me the receipt was correct but the order given to me was made wrong. Customer service could have been better… atmosphere was … off . Atleast the chicken wasn’t raw ?♀️

They just opened about 5 minutes before I walked in, and yet the kitchen area looked filthy! The lobby area was also dirty, but not as bad as the kitchen.Had to wait for manager to arrive so I could pay because the credit card machine was down. Manager was not pleasant. Complaining about her job. Did not greet me or thank me. Or even apologize for my inconvenience waiting. This was my first time trying this location, and I was highly disappointed.

Well for one we ordered 2 HAWAIAN 1 lemon pepper and 1 BBQ and ended up with 3 Habanero. I didn't notice till I ate it and I have severe acid reflux so it could've killed me. Hababnero is the hottest one. But thankfully I didn't die and the workers remade me 2 Hawaiians. I feel like I should get a refund and compensation because me and my little brother could've possibly died or been seriously hurt. But the BBQ was pretty good2- there are no trashcan and have paper straws like what.3- Still can't believe mess uo that bad and give us 2 whole orders of Habanero the species possible. Very lucky we didn't die
