If I could give a zero I would. We ordered food on the app and went to pick it up. When we got there the man charged us again and then said he doesn’t know what we’re talking about even though we showed him proof he charged us twice , he was rude and disrespectful and just kept saying don’t speak English and wouldn’t call someone else to help us or even a manger

Had chicken from them, they had it warmed up, however, it was undercooked and taste was very bad as it was old chicken. Had to garbage the whole chicken.Very bad guys.

I was humiliated and received the worst customer service possible. I bought some cookies and when I got out to my car, I ate one and it was stale. I went back in to see if I could get another pack and he could just trash the bad ones. He was very rude and said he could not because they were opened. I told him, I would not have known they had gone bad until I tried one. I feel it is so unfair that a customer is forced to settle for stale food that is beyond his or her fault. Why should I suffer the consequences of their store selling stale food? How much of a financial hit would it have been just to give a very loyal customer another pack? I believe great customer service is worth a lot more than a $1.50 or so. As a very loyal customer of that 7 Eleven location, I will never patronize them again. It's not the money I am concerned about but the poor level of customer service, disrespect, and not even caring.

I had a very bad experience here on 9/20/19 around 8:00 pm. I am a very loyal customer at this 7 Eleven location. I went in and bought a Bang energy drink and a pack of cookies. When I got to my car, I ate one of the cookies before pulling off. The cookie was very stale. I went back in to see if I could just get another pack and have them dispose of the one I bought. This isn't the first time gotten bad Slurpees from this location. My wife and brother in-law got upset stomachs from the last time they got slurpees from there. Tonight we went with a open mind but sadly it was again a let down the slurpees smelled so strongly of rotten eggs we didn't even dare to even try it. So we just went to the cooler to get bottled drinks. We ended up with Brisk which is 2 for 2 and got some snacks and went to pay. My wife noticed that we got 2 for 2 on one set of Brisk but not on the second pair. So when we brought it to the cashiers attention he didn't understand so we took two/three minutes to explain then he said o but what came out I can't fix. Are you kidding me...my wife just said he's not willing to fix it lets just go so we left. We will not I repeat we will not be going back to this location again and we love 7-11.
