“We had our old numbers from Walmart mobile ported over to T- Mobile, which proved to be somewhat difficult because of Walmart mobile. It caused some issues with how long it took to port over, 5+ days, and then issues with the smart watch syncing. Needless to say, we've had to come back to the store a few times. Every time we have come to the Dunkirk. MD location, they have been wonderful and patient. They do everything they can to get our issue fixed before we leave there. We tried to get help at the Prince Frederick, MD location, since we were in the area one day, but they just told us to call customer service and made no effort to help. I recommend going to the Dunkirk, MD location always. They have always put in the most effort to make sure everything was working before we left the store. Love that place!”
