I found my new go-to Pharmacy, The Pharmacy staff was very helpful and kind. Shout-out to Patricia M.
She answered all of my questions and made this visit much easier than other Pharmacies in our area.

I’ve gotten a prescription filled here twice. Both times they claim they don’t take my insurance (it’s state lol) and make me bring in the card both times. Both times I come in they say “all we need to do is to call them”. Then why didn’t you within the 3 hours between me calling you and coming in? The pharmacist then asked for my card and snatched it out of my hand. Horrible customer service.
Update: after waiting over an hour while she called insurance, I left. I got my prescription sent to CVS and picked it right up.

Have been coming here for about 3 years now. Used to be great and it has gone downhill. The new staff is rude. Transfer your prescriptions anywhere else.

My doctor suggested that I start using Harris Teeter pharmacy in 2020. This has been the best pharmacy I’ve experienced in my life and the lives of my children. We have multiple regular medication needs from different doctors. Some are complicated. They treat us like patients and not just retail customers. They are a knowledgeable professional pharmacy team. They communicate possible medication interactions to my doctor instead of just on the paper insert that is put in the bag. They contacted our doctors and insurance company when necessary. They worked with several different doctors and different insurance providers. I sleep better because of how much stress has been taken off my hands because of their professionalism. Their patient portal operates well and is accurate. Their text communication is on point.

If you have medicaid or medicare beware. They are incorrectly billing Medicare. We paid 70.00 total out of pocket when our co-pay should have been zero. We told them at each purchase that it was not correct, everytime they said that it was just a small amount on the copay. Well 70.00 later it's not so small. We switched to CVS and the problem was solved. Bad pharmacy, nice people. Just cluless.

First time in this store & pharmacy and I was very impressed. The pharmacist found a prescription discount for me for a expensive inhaler when I or my doctor could not find price I could afford on my Soc Sec paycheck. It had to be ordered but I was so glad to get the medication I didn't mind. Very happy with the service & the store is beautiful & very clean.
