It has been such a pleasure working with Jeffrey Halbert!!! I filed bankruptcy a couple of years ago and thought I would never have a chance of being a home owner, 2 years later I'm a home owner. thanks to Jeff I didn't have any money for down payment or closing costs lol..... again I was thinking I would not be approved but 49 days later I own a beautiful townhome. Jeff rock on so many levels and he broke the cycle of me not just being a renter in my family? if you are looking for a home I RECOMMEND YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH JEFFREY HALBERT IMMEDIATELY he is very professional patient and knowledgeable I could go on and on lol but when you meet him you'll understand what I'm talking about.
