This is by no means a ding on the sales Rep Ramona, she was very helpful and not pushy.
I purchased a mattress believing I could price match + 50% but when I requested the price match they acted like they were doing me a favor. Then the +50% was flat out refused, claiming manufacturer pricing. It's pretty easy to advertise a policy like that if all your merchandise comes with this disclaimer, so you don't have to follow it. Seems weird that they would go back on their policy for a meager $250 and lose future business. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic and IMO it's not worth the cost. There are plenty of other options out there for 1/2-2/3 the price.
For those that can purchase through AFFES, they have better prices and no sales tax.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress at this store! Larry assisted me with my purchase and was great. When I explained what I was interested in, he knew just which mattresses to recommend, and did not pressure me to decide quickly at all. There was a very large selection as well. Hopefully, I won't need another mattress anytime soon, but when I do, I'll definitely go here!
