I Love the Grooming Team at this location! They're always so patient and kind; they take the time to educate and guide me every time I take my puppy Skye in for a puppy bath or a puppy cut. They're professional and excellent groomers!

I had a traumatic rescue experience, and had a pup for only two days. Long story short, I had a bunch of items that I had just bought that I unfortunately no longer needed. The manager Mark, was so incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. If and when my family decides to rescue again, I will ensure to only shop at this location because he was just so pleasant to deal with. Seems like a wonderful person to work for. Thank you Mark for providing wonderful customer service!

Even though I live closer to petco in this area than petsmart i’ve been taking my girl here to get a bath and her nails cut ever since she was a baby. Absolutely love all the grooming staff they always tell me how she did without me even asking and they know/recognize my girl every time I bring her in. Hugs to all the grooming staff from me and Aurora.

Spent almost four hours trying to adopt guinea pigs and last minute they checked and told us we had to be 21. Youd think they would have the courtesy to atleast check before we did an hours worth of paperwork and withdrew money from an atm which charged me a withdrawl fee.

Store was clean as always, customer service was excellent, I asked an employee where specific items were and she took the time to show me where all of them were. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Got a corn snake from there about a year ago now and it's quite frankly the worst reptile I've bought to date it's aggressive all the time and flighty . I'm not sure what Hatcher or breeder they source from but do nottttt go get a snake from there . There is obviously some bad breeding or genetic traits in the breeding bc I've never experienced such behavior from a young corn snake, coming from experience bc this is my 3rd rat snake . I bought a ball python from Petco about 2 years back and have had no issues our complaints . Won't ever be back in there for anything lol

I took my very shy 4 year old blue heeler to get her nails clipped for the first time here, Haley was very patient and comforting with her. The whole staff is very professional.
