I’m writing this under my husbands account. I'd like to express my frustration regarding the behavior of an employee at the Dunkirk location. During my last two visits to drop off Amazon returns, the staff member I interacted with (Jack M) was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. Rather than offering help or even basic courtesy, their tone was arrogant and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I left feeling disrespected and shocked by how poorly I was treated, which is not something I expect from a customer-facing business. No one should have to deal with that kind of attitude simply for trying to use your services.

I moved my box here after getting TERRIBLE delivery service at the Huntingtown Post Office. I get quite a few packages here and it has been so awesome! The staff is super friendly and polite. They communicate great and always let me know super quick when a parcel has arrived. They went out of their way to help with an Amazon issue, which was also greatly appreciated. I am so glad I moved my PO Box!

Just left this place. Some mumbling creep up front told me it would cost one hundred and eighty dollars to send a set of earphones overnight to Chicago from Maryland. Please avoid these weirdos, for your own safety. Update: went to the post office on Chesapeake Beach. A nice person there charged me $30 to overnight the same items, and really worked to make them fit so that I wasn't charged more. The exact opposite of what happened here. Go to the post office. You'd be surprised and they're far better in every way. #nocreeps
