Went to UPS in Dunkirk to send small envelope to Baltimore. UPS was charging $13. I quickly cancelled UPS transaction and drove to the Post Office 2 mins away. Post Office charged $5 for the same transaction. When I questioned the ridiculous amount, the manger shrugged her shoulders. ***Customers have a QR CODE ready and avoid purchasing any tape, envelopes or shipping services to avoid unnecessary costly expenses. UPS=GREED!!!

Beth was rude. I had a large Amazon order.She did not know how to process try before you buy return. She told me she has a long line and doesn't have time to help me. She was loud rude. Clearly frustated with her miserable job. She needs training as she has terrible customer service.

Every person who works at this ups store is remarkable. I sent 80 pieces of antique china to Massachusetts; each piece arrived in perfect condition; they took extraordinary care in packing. Another time a young staffer designed and printed a beautiful birthday card for my granddaughter. They are talented, kind and know how to deliver a great service. Lucky us.Debbie Danielson

Convenient location and Amazon returns.They now charge a little over $1 for a single stamp. USPS service runs in a way that, their Post drop is around noon, could have saved myself an extraordinary amount of money just waiting and mailing from the post office the next day.Store layout is horrible. Employees are nice and easy to work with.

I like the store and the people working there but UPS is not great- I’ve completely lost a package earlier this year and recently was shipping some glass items- I wrote fragile-glass all over the box and asked if they had a fragile sticker- I was told they treat all packages the same so need for a fragile sticker- I really hope that’s not the case after seeing the picture of my box after it had been delivered- seems like they went out of their way to smash this one

I have lived in the area about 2 years and have used this location for Amazon returns and personal shipping. Today was my last day of business. For this location to charge $2 to tape an Amazon return box is ridiculous! Then to NOT have this policy posted or noted anywhere for customers to be aware, so they are caught off guard when told it is even more shady!! When I asked the associate why since when I retutn at Edgewater they do not want the items boxed to verify the items match, the associate told me this was the "Owner's decision" and each location can impliment what they want. So if charging customers to pay your employees to "tape"... what exactly IS is that YOU do?

Erin was phenomenal, very kind and considerate to all customers. The other gentleman there was very honest and helpful too. If possible, please reduce the $5 printing fee for a normal piece of paper with the simple return info label on it, this would really help with convenience! Thank you

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Not a whole lot of staff so there are occasional wait times with people waiting outside; however, I'm always happy to make a little extra time to have friendly faces rather than people figuring out if they should end it all at their job.
