I have tried 6 different nail places in Calvert County and Tess was the first to take the time and care to do everything just I wanted. I won’t go to anyone but her from now on.

I came in yesterday around 1:25 PM to get my eyebrows done and was really disappointed. One eyebrow looked like it was barely touched, while the other was smaller and a bit crooked. I felt like the entire process took less than two minute. I wish I took the time to ask for her name but I was really upset. Today, I requested Queen to fix them, and she did an amazing job! She had done my eyebrows before. Going forward, I’ll only go to Queen! She took her time, cleaned them up, and completely fixed the mistakes. Although she apologized for yesterday, it wasn’t her fault, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to take care of me. Thank you, Queen!

Please go anywhere else except this salon. I’ve gotten multiple cuts from the tech being too aggressive with filing and my friends nails were so uneven and were shaped so oddly and all we asked for was a standard full set with French tips

Don’t let Ricky do your nails!!! My nails were thick and had no shape. They had to dig out the acrylic to shape the nails to the point where my finger started bleeding. When I told them I was not satisfied, they did not offer to fix them. Will not be returning

Worst experience EVER! The nail tech was beautiful the older Asian lady painted my nails HORRIBLY & manager ignored all the technicians telling him not to charge me for the pedicure because the paint job was the worst I’d ever seen it.
Now when I came in the 1st thing I asked was can you do a pedicure in 45 minutes. They answered yes. 1 hour later when I look at my feet i immediately asked to take it off and the nail tech kept calling the manager and he never came until after the nail tech took the paint off. NOW, to be fair they did ask me to come back for a paint job and I declined because it was the rudeness of the manager. I didn’t even mind paying for the pedicure I didn’t like how he ignored his staff and didn’t honor his word of 45 minutes because I had an engagement 45 min away.
I NEVER go back there again.

I do pedicures here and they do a good job and the place is clean and they have a good assortment of colors.

Im never stepping foot in this place again. My gel nails are already chipping off after one week. The lady rushed and did a very average job and cut my cuticle so hard I started bleeding not worth 40$
