Nobody likes having phone problems. Mine was complicated as I waited years to get a new phone. Donte at the Verizon Store went above and beyond and even got on a call with me and Verizon customer support to get my new phone working. There were a lot of steps. He even saved me some money along the way. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and the white guy sitting at the desk didn't greet me or say anything. I wait 20 mins and nobody said anything or asked if I need help. I guess you don't get help if you're black around here. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this location.

This Verizon store provided the best service I have ever experienced in my 8 years of being a Verizon customer. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, accomplishing exactly what I needed and more. He deserves a promotion. I will only use this store for any in-person Verizon requirements from now on.
