The experience is consistently great, with a highly recommended staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and honest. The sales staff spends a lot of time with customers, is willing to research and answer questions, and cares about satisfaction, going the extra mile with patience and good humor. The showrooms are designed with functional kitchen spaces to showcase appliances, allowing customers to look and touch them to get an exact idea of how things would look. They offer a great selection of colors, styles, brands, and price ranges. Delivery and installation are smooth, with professional, respectful, and friendly installers who work quickly. Helpful features like a delivery tracker, text updates, and driver calls provide exact arrival times. Prices are lower than others in the area. Customers report everything running smoothly and are very happy with the service, from sales to scheduling and delivery.
Mary was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Even though there were delays with my order, she communicated them in a timely manner. The delivery truck arrived on time and hand carried the refrigerator into the house to avoid scratching any floor surfaces. It was truly impressive. I highly recommend ADU.
