I learned about Next Level Fitness from a friend of mine. I set up an appointment with Coach Kiersten Muller. I was a little apprehensive because of my physical limitations. But Coach Kiersten assured me that the only limitations were in my own mindset. I was set up with a meal plan and a workout program that matched my schedule and abilities. I started working out over 2 months ago and have seen a huge difference in strength and endurance. The other individuals in the classes are very encouraging and non judgmental. I look forward to going to my workout’s. I would highly recommend everyone to give Couch Kiersten a call .

Best Gym in town!! The owner and head coach is very knowledgeable and able to adapt workouts for individual skill levels. The fitness system they have set up is very easy to understand for beginners and you are able to easily see your progress. The atmosphere is very friendly and not intimidating. They also offer other programs like nutrition as well. I've been a member for several years and love it and am in the best shape of my life.

I’ve been a member of Another Level Fitness since March and I cannot say enough great things about it! I walked in nervous, shy, and a little scared to be honest, but, by the time I finished the work out I couldn’t wait to come back! The coaches are friendly, supportive, and are always willing to help you meet whatever goals you have for your health/fitness plans. The environment is warm, and the other members are in incredibly helpful and supportive as well!Creating a better version of yourself starts with a simple phone call to Another Level Fitness. I guarantee you’ll love this gym just as much as I do!

The BEST Coach is Kiersten Muller, period. She has over 20 years of experience not only as a coach and instructor, but also in nutrition and rehabilitation after an injury or surgery. She’s been there and I’ve been there, and she has helped me immensely after a terrible accident last year. She watches and corrects everyone’s form, thereby greatly lowering the chances of injury. Her knowledge of the body and how and why it works is superb.And she owns the best CrossFit gym using The Level Method. We are like a family, and everyone starts at the beginning and we all help each other. It’s the most fun and non-boring gym around! So try it out!It’s an incredible place to start getting yourself into shape, or to build on what you already have!??

Another Level Fitness is a welcoming environment for anyone seeking to improve their fitness. During each workout sessions, everyone does the same activities, but at their own "level." Coaches are very skilled in adapting exercises to accommodate participants physical limitations; but they don't cut you any slack for your mental limitations. LOLParticipants support and encourage each other, there's no Judgement, and I love the spirit of "we start together and we finish together!"I highly recommend ALF and suggest you give them a call.

I’ve been a member of this club for 12 years now. I’m still attending at 65 years old and I realize, without a doubt, that I wouldn’t attend as often if not for the people I work out with and the overall health of my bodyThe thing that I appreciate so is the individual attention you receive from the trainer, how every day’s program is different and how the individual level method enables me to do “my thing” (usu yellow level) while the person next to me performs the same activities but at whatever level they are following.Most importantly, it is the people that I’ve grown to love and laugh with at my session and how I truly feel that we are family. I have been to many gyms over the years and this place is hands-down, the best. The staff is top-shelf.This is functional fitness at its finess.Kiersten is at the top of her trade and I could never imagine training with anybody else.

I have never loved a gym more then this place. Everyone is so nice and encouraging!!! I love that every single person pushes everyone else to keep pushing and keep going. Best coaches ever!!!

Great community of CrossFit athletes who welcomed me to there box when I was on TDY in the summer. My time there was awesome and Keirsten puts a lot Energy in the gym. All the coaches were awesome. Highly recommend if your looking to improve your workout!
