If you can get past the rude, nasty front desk woman and just deal straight with the guys who run the place and do the actual work you’ll be ok. I’ve dealt with C & K glass twice as a contractor. The first time the girl at the front desk insulted me very rudely. The second time she lied and told me my window would be in the next day So I called the customer to let her know. And when I called C&K today she very rudely asked me why I was calling again , did anyone call me. When I started to answer her question, she cut me off immediately and started running her mouth again. Once I was aloud to talk, I said no one called me but you said the window would be in the next day so I’m coming to pick it up and she said well it didn’t come in the other day , and I said well why did you not call me when it didn’t because I’ve already made an appointment with the customer based on what you told me. I told her she was ridiculous and hung up. I then called back and told her to cancel the order and I will just deal with Go Glass in Easton. It is a shame that This front desk girl is so nasty to customers. I’m a contractor so I know how orders can get backed up and be delayed, But at least communicate with customers and don’t be so mean to them

I have shower glass installed years ago by them, no issues but I went to get the strip at the bottom of the door replaced and was given the wrong size, I did give them the old one to go by. My husband tried to cut it down with no luck so I took it back and the girl at the counter was incredibly rude. She took the piece and my number, three days later never called to tell me it was ready. When I went there she rudely told me it would be $15. I said I am not paying for something again when you did not get it right the first time. She rudely said, just take it. BTW you can get those at Lowe’s three times the length for $15. I learned that afterwards.

Professional, efficient and quality work. Communicated everything along the way, & even took their shoes off at my front door. Would definitely use them again-they are awesome!

I took a broken 30 inch diameter acrylic table top in for replacement. It took them a few days to get an estimate, since they were very busy. The estimate came in at $1400.56!!!!! I declined and went back to get the two pieces of the table top and took it to a competitor, where I am paying $240. Strange experience.

I had a damaged sunroof header panel on my Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan's panoramic roof. This is a particularly expensive automobile and I was apprehensive about the installation of this panel...I didn't want to end-up with water leaks or wind whistles. I stopped by CK's shop and Charlie came out to inspect the car and explained how it is installed and what was involved to remove the damaged panel (it had to be cut out) and install the replacement panel. He gave me an installation quote and scheduled me in for the following week. (In the median, I googled the actual removal and installation procedures from Mercedes-Benz and it was exactly what as he explained.) Brought my car into the following week and they removed the panel and installed the replacement. It ended-up taking them longer than they expected and they stayed late to finish it as promised, and they stood by their original installation quote. They even came to pick me at home to get a ride back up to their shop to get my car back. The installation was as perfect as the factory installed panel - I could not tell that it had ever been replaced and there is no wind noise or water leaks. I'm very pleased with their work.

My husband dropped off a single piece of glass to be cut, a pretty simple 10 minute job. The first time he dropped it off he was told they were too busy. He understood and left it. Over the next two months and multiple visits whenever he stopped by he noticed his glass was still sitting on the table, unmoved. The same response very time, "We are too busy". Yesterday he stopped by again and the glass was still in the same place with a note attached (see below). The lady at the counter asked "do you want to leave it?". My husband's response was "why would I reward bad behavior?" which went over her head.

I had them come out over a month ago to measure for a shower door and glass shelves. I wanted to make sure everything was set up for when I moved into my new house. They were scheduled to come out on the day I was moving in, but never showed up. When I called Charlie, he said they were still waiting on hinges to come in and they expected them in the next few days. Four days later I still hadn't heard from anyone and called back. This time I spoke with someone else, maybe Chase, who said Charlie always had the hinges but didn't have glass. He said that he would drive to the supplier and pick up the glass and install it that week.He was supposed to come back out today but, of course, I didn't hear from them. When I called to find out what was happening, I spoke to a nasty woman who said no one could talk to me because they were on a job and that my job had been scratched out of the scheduling book. She said Chase told her to tell me to deal with the distributor instead of them from now on. Seriously? You knew about this when? And didn't even bother to let me know. Aren't I paying you to deal with the distributor? If that weren't bad enough, they never even looked at the email I sent of the shelves I wanted (and therefore hadn't bought any). They told me to take care of it. I don't know which is worse... The horrible work ethic or the customer service. They really need the woman working the desk to do another job. It's partly my fault because I ignored the reviews about this place; I always prefer to shop local and since there was no other place available, I went with them. I'm hoping I can get my deposit back.

I went to the shop when I got off the phone to get my deposit back but wasn't expecting much. I think they knew they screwed up because they gave me a refund without any discussion. Of course when I got there Chase was in the back of the shop and refused to come out. He must have been on a really short job.

I had taken a small table in to have a piece of glass cut. I wanted tempered glass, and was told it would take two weeks and cost about $40. I was okay with that and left my table. Two weeks later, I'd heard nothing, so I called. I was told that it wasn't ready and I asked when it would be as I needed it to start a project for Christmas. Much later that afternoon, I got a call saying it was going to cost over $100, and no mention of when it would be ready. The woman who called was very combative. I can only assume that they had never ordered my glass and quoted me an exorbitant price to get out of the job. I always try to support small local businesses, but I'll never give them my business again. It's more than obvious they don't want it.

I lived in Suitland but I delivered Wallops Island NASA in Wattsville VA off routes 13. A window Pane broke to the kitchen door were you stick your in and open the door from. I checked everywhere I lived at and found no business representate. I'm traveling towards the delivery site and right near Subway Shop find C & K Glass Inc. It did not know more than five {4} minutes to purchase what I was looking for.

Terrible service. I was scheduled for windshield replacement and waited and waited today and no one showed. I called and they said they couldn't do it today but next Monday. No body had called to tell me. I really need my truck to go on the road. Rude and ignorant receptionist too. By the way, the one star showing above shouldn't be. You have to post one in order to post on their site. They are a big ZERO. To all my Delmarva friends, avoid them!
