“Ron, of Cook's TV installed our TV system and house wide sound system 20+ years ago and provided excellent follow up service. However we were forced toward Direct TV. Recently we had reception problems and the online Direct TV service representative was unable to solve the problem and we were told that a service rep. could not come for 1 1/2 weeks + we needed a new control box ($100) and we needed a 2 year service contract (approximately $9.99/mo.)Faced with being without TV for 1 1/2 weeks I called COOK'S TV and Jen answered, consulted with service man, James, and immediately sugested resetting the Direct TV control box. Within 2 minutes the Cook's TV team solved our problem and negated the anticipated extra Direct TV expenses. Cook's TV proved to us again how competent and customer oriented they are!!
