Devon was great! We initially were interested in the GMC Acadia. We got in and I felt that it was a tad small, but I didn’t say anything. It’s like Devon read my mind. He told us that we should take a look at the Chevy Traverse. Then we took it for a spin in the parking lot. I loved it. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the traverse. We got a great deal, and he even threw in tread floor mats. We did most of the paperwork from our house. He was great at communicating via text. I’m very happy with my new SUV.

Our recent purchase of a 2024 GMC Denali was a delightful experience. Everything was streamlined and very professional. Devon was especially helpful and the finance department very efficient. We had to take the vehicle back for some additional work and everything was quite adequate, from the check-in to the delivery of the vehicle. We were also given a loaner vehicle to use. It was definitely a good experience.

Mike Bonita was fantastic. I have been purchasing vehicles for our company for 40 years and this transaction was one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced. Mike was quick to respond to every one of my texts and emails - Even after hours!Mike & Storm - Thank you for getting everything ready for me prior to my arrival so I could make it back to catch my flight.

Hertrich serviced my 2019 Suburban in July 2023 after my trusted local mechanic said it needed a new transmission. (Had to bring it back to the Hertrich dealer due to warranty.) Hertrich said the transmission was fine & returned the car. Seven weeks later, the car is still not acting right. I bring it back to Hertrich only to find out it has "major issues" & needs a new transmission. The service shop manager never returned my husband's calls. It took 17 days to diagnose the transmission and fix it. And I'm stuck paying diagnostic fees AGAIN - for the same problem. Absolutely absurd.

Came in for 60k service. Joe went over the details and cost when I arrived. I was asked if I wanted coffee as soon as I walked into the waiting room. My vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time

Jason was our salesman and he was incredible. From inquiry immediate responsiveness to the time we walked out the door in our brand new truck, our experience was top notch. Finance manger, Kendall was also awesome!

My corvette was towed in after breaking down 100 miles from home. Hertrich took great care of my car and repairI was kept up to date every step of the way. They have excellent customer service.

The service team was great to work with. They kept in continued contact re: the progress of the repairs to my truck and answer the many questions I had along the way. Due to the length of time for the repairs, I was offered a loaner, which was an added plus!

Michael was fantastic Benita was one of the main reasons I decided to drive 53 miles past six other dealerships to purchase my vehicle with you the only issue I had was when they tell me Capital One has the best rate and they run my credit with six or five other companies and I get hard hits on my credit report when you tell me the Capital One is the cheapest why bother running other companies

I took my truck here for a tire rotation and oil change. I left the dealership and when I got across the street my truck died. I looked at the receipt and the "health check" they did showed my battery was fine.I called and the rude lady who answered the calls for service said, sorry can't help you. Then I called back and the arrogant service manager said, sorry can't help you. I begged for a jump start since I'm 30 minutes from home, and he said, "sorry we don't have that capability and we are too busy". Yup, they left me stranded but did offer to call AAA if I have an account.What a horrible place. This is a no star rating. They are the worst dealership I've ever worked with. No worries, my three adult kids and myself are all in the market for new vehicles and I can assure you we will not be visiting this place.

Service Advisor Joe Noon was excellent! He explained everything clearly, he was obviously extremely knowledgeable and he made my visit stress free. I’m very satisfied with how I was treated and with the work that was done on my truck!!

This is absolutely the worst GM dealership or any dealership I've ever visited. Do not go here or you will be scammed. I had a simple oil change and they "checked" everything and just as I left the dealer my truck died across the street from the dealership. I called and begged for help only to be arrogantly told "sorry we are too busy". I begged for just a jump start and the manager said "they don't have that capability ". Never ever again will I go here for my truck service. One and done. Avoid this place. This is why their rating are so low. My guess is they left the keys in my truck for hours and it killed my battery.

I'm editing this review after pick up of the vehicle Our son is preparing for PCS over seas and dropped the car off for the second time to be repaired for the EXACT same issue. Upon arriving home from a 4 week training he picked the car up and it is still not repaired (a $1000 repair). He took it back in and kindly asked to have it fixed correctly. He also requested a loaner car because he is going through the out process and is couch hopping until he leaves for PCS. The dealer did not help him out. So he still has a car that is not repaired. He is out $1000 !!! Do better Hertrich. How can you treat a customer like this in hood faith. He gave you the Brigitte of the doubt twice and it still is not fixed!You should be ashamed of yourself!

Joe Noon was phenomenal!!! He kept me updated, and was very professional when things were not going as planned. I will request to work with him again, if ever needed. Joe always greeted me with a smile and showed me respect from the get go. The service took 30 days, and Joe never missed a beat! This was not as planned, but we now live in a world where you have to expect the unexpected. Bob the rental car guy was great to work with as well.
