Wow, we broke down on our way back from Ocean City on Wednesday, and as luck would have it we pulled into their parking lot to check out the problem. They came out to see if we needed help, and it was luck, destiny, or just someone looking after us from above. We were 80 miles from home, and I was freaking out. They said they would help and fix the problem. We piled into my other truck and completed the ride home. They called us the next day to give us an estimate, which was more than fair for what they had to do. We picked it up on Friday morning, and we were more than grateful. I recommend them to everybody, and I hope we don't ever break down again, but if we do, I hope it is close to them. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me

Since getting my new car over 2 years ago I have only taken it to get serviced by Integrated and the work has always been done correctly quickly, and at a fair price. The staff has always been friendly professional and they take very good care of your car. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get my care taken care of and I would recommend any one to go here if you want a hassle free experience and great work.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! From the beginning, Integrated Collision was very easy to work with. When I dropped off my car for collision repair, they explained to me in detail the process that I would go through from beginning to end. They even made the right phone calls to get my rental car issues figured out. They took my car apart down to the last bolt and made sure that every part that needed to be replaced was accounted for. They updated me weekly with a detailed report about the progress on my vehicle. The repairs were done flawlessly and you would never know there was any damage. There are no less than 20 body shops closer to where I live but the drive to Easton was well worth it. Your reputation precedes yourselves Integrated Collision! I highly recommend you and will in the future.

I was very impressed with Integrated Collision and I would recommend them highly, for the following reasons. Primarily, the repairs were excellent and their communications with me were even better. Integrated collaborates closely with Geico, my insurer, and Enterprise Car Rental in Easton. All the necessary steps were handled with short phone calls or texts: reserving a car, getting picked up from Integrated to get the rental, returning the car by just leaving it at Integrated when I picked up my car after repairs. Integrated kept me informed of where they were in the repair process by phone calls. I was never left wondering when it would be ready. When it took longer than expected to get replacement parts, Integrated let me know about the delay and they contacted Geico and Enterprise that I would need the rental extended. Integrated took care of everything.

Can’t say enough good things about Integrated Collision.
We woke up one morning to find that someone had attempted to steal our Kia by ripping apart the whole starting column. The car wouldn’t start and we didn’t really know what to do. After filing the police report we got in touch with Integrated Collision. The people there were so sweet and patient and answered all my questions. They contacted my insurance company and set up everything with them. A tow truck was out to get the vehicle so fast! They were in touch with both us and our insurance company every step of the repair with updates and time frames. We just picked up our car and the staff were just so pleasant and the car is so clean. They really go above and beyond and it’s such a breath of fresh air when good customer service is so rare these days. I’ll be recommending them to everyone! 10 out of 10

When I say this place has A+ customer service and professionalism, that is no understatement. They got my car done in an exceptionally quick amount of time (around the holidays), and called with updates each step of the way. They were super knowledgeable about the process (dealing with 3rd parties) and helped every step of the way. Got my car back quickly, and to my surprise, not only was it fixed, but it had been cleaned extremely well while they had it. Customer for life. Highly recommended!!!!

From start to finish, these guys went completely above and beyond to help me. From insurance issues, to rental cars, integrated handled everything with class and professionalism. Picked up my car today, and it looks exactly the same as the day I pulled it off the dealership lot. NEW! I cannot thank you guys enough for everything you have done for me, including advocating for me with my insurance company.
If your not going to integrated to get your work done in your car, your not getting it done right!
Don't walk, run.. TO integrated and get it done right the 1st time!!!

This go out to all my customers who's looking for a auto body shop who takes pride in there work this is the place to go to hands down. They saved my thousands of dollars on my car that I wanted painted. The paint job I request was to have both side of my car painted cuz i washed my car so much I thought I washed the coated off my paint. So when I went to the spot the guy bob came out and took pics of my car and checked it out and told me he would email me the estimate the next morning he said instead of painting the both sides of the car they could just paint they panels that need to b painted. He emailed the estimate the next morning and the estimate he gave me was less than the estimate I got elsewhere plus he made a better idea and suggestion so I called them and ask him him when can get this deal done so he had me in the next day to get my car started so he kept me n the loop and he had email me and told me that his painting guy might not need to paint my car they was going to see use his sanding method to bring back my paint so he did so bob said he would email me later about the results so he did and so bob said trese he had great news the sanding and buffing method worked and brung back the shine but he wanted me to come look at ut first so when I came and looked it was just what I was looking for he brung my car paint back to life and plus on top of I had plans to get my car ceramic coated and bob made a recommendation to his guy who does it cuz when I told bob my plan he told me he had a good friend(TJ) of his that does auto ceramic detailing cuz i had got a estimate from another company but bob guy who does ceramic detailing is way cheaper. So I told bob they just steal a customers from my car dealer cuz that's who done all my car service b 4 in came too this so now im getting this spot to do all my car service. If I could ill give them 5 thousand stars ???? thanks bob you the man see y'all in my next oil change our whatever car trouble i have. Thanks for saving over 5 thousand dollars cuz that was my plan A but they say something ur back up plan is better than ur original one. And great customer service I felt nothing but happy vibes

Had my ‘21 forester worked on. Bad door dent. They did a great job. The quote was the final price for me. They were done when they said they would be. I will go back if I ever need body work again while I live in Easton.

Best customer service you could ask for. They were helpful with setting up the rental car, and how to do it if you don't know how to. They helped with the car insurance paperwork. They call you to update you during the whole process, also answered any questions you have.
