Was treated Piss Poor! As soon as we walked in the door at 8:30 pm was told the store was closing in 30 minutes ladies. 5 minutes later they are repeating we are closing in 25 minutes. Treated crappie while others were in the store before and after us. Walked out at 8:45 pm didn't use my $50 Kohls Cash or 30% off coupon because my daughter didn't have time to try on her items. Very Rude! Lucky I wasn't able to give 0 Stars!

Dorothy, a cashier at the Easton Kohl’s department store has the customer service manners of a rabid raccoon!! Please, if you are looking for a kind, friendly customer service representative in Kohl’s, steer clear of her register line!! Today was my second encounter with her!! She needs a job that does not require public relations!!

If you are shopping at Kohl's, Dawn is the one to help you. My husband and I went to buy him a suit for an upcoming trip and were totally lost. Dawn helped us through the whole process, the jacket, the pants, the belt, socks, boxers, a suitcase, a whole second outfit and extra shirts. Without her it would have taken hours but she listened to what we wanted, made sure everything fit properly, and had us in and out in a jiffy. I hope the company reads this and gives that Lady a raise. Her name is Dawn and she's a sweetheart.

The salespeople are helpful and friendly. But as a long-time Kohl's customer, I can honestly say that I'm disappointed with the selection and quality of the merchandise these days. I'm not sure of the reasons why. Things have really changed since Covid started. I go there less often and often walk out empty-handed. I guess the selection online is much better

I used to work here for a short period of time in 2014. Great staff and very welcoming. I love khols but they're expensive so I only shop in here for certain items.
