Took my mom so she could get some fabric. I did get the lady's name that assisted us but she was very pleasant, polite and easy to talk with. I think my mom talked her ear off. Haha..but overall a very good experience. Mom was very pleased as well.

Went in for a picture frame. Found one. The on duty manager Emma was the cashier. Asked her about a listed discount online. After a few minutes we had purchased the frame. Emma was a pleasant and knowledgeable employee. She has great customer service skills. I will come back to that Michael's because of her!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The new store Manager, Kelly, was so so sweet and so genuinely kind. She made me feel heard and seen and we chatted for a quite a bit about what I needed to find and she helped me find the right product I needed for my DIY. She was absolutely wonderful and made my project a success!! I will definitely be returning to this store because of her.
