Wouldn’t go back. Seemed nice enough but they charged/added a protection plan without my consent. Then received my glasses and coating on frames was made incorrectly and had to have them replaced. Took a week and lots of waiting to even get them on the phone. Way too many issues. I’ll travel twice as far to go to another eye doc.

I've only ever had great experiences here. Everyone is super friendly! Always quick to get seen and they are very accurate in their work. Shoutout to Kim, she's the best!!!

Scheduled an appointment online and provided my updated phone number. Moved my work schedule around to accommodate the appointment. Show up at 745 for an 8am appointment and was told my appointment was cancelled and I’d have to reschedule because they called the old number on file to confirm my appointment, and couldn’t reach me. They would have been able to reach me if they called the updated number I provided.

Nothing but the best! I wasn't pushed to buy anything more than what I felt I needed at the Time. My Doctor fully explained every option for me. At the time I arrived until I left was professional and kind.Exceptional staff!

Unqualified eye care employee did not see an issue with my glasses at pickup despite my questions. They were unable to schedule me with the doctor until two weeks later; she saw the problem immediately and the glasses were made with incorrect astigmatism measurements (switched between right and left) and reordered them, without ability to expedite, so it was another two weeks. I will not return for either eye care or purchasing glasses.I had wonderful experience with the eye exam and doctor twice in the past so this was an unfortunate turn of experience.

The experience have been very disappointing. It took about three weeks for the completion of glasses order . And have been waiting to hear back about the order of contact lenses which was ordered three weeks ago. I wasn’t aware that it takes almost a month for the completion of an order of contact lenses . Will be the last time using the services of MyEyeDR. Kindly delete my information as your patient from your systems once my contact lenses are ready to be picked up.Thank you .

I have bought thousands of dollars of glasses in the last couple years with this company with my insurance and with cash. Every pair has broke this time they won’t cover a cracked lens never use this company. Worst company ever dealt with rude people consistently. If you have a complaint, they are mad at you. Terrible!

Optometric tech and optometrist were great but there computer system was down the day of my appointment so I could not order my glasses that day. Went back a few days later to get glasses and apparently I was invisible. Was passed by by two opticians despite obviously looking at glasses with a pair i hand waiting. Will not buy glasses there wvwr again Very poor customer service.

Whoever sold out Easton Eyecare to My Eye Dr did a huge disservice to this community, especially the elderly population. I've been a patient here since 2011 and will be taking my family's eyecare business elsewhere ASAP. The only thing I can compare how I felt when I walked out of My Eye Dr to is the sleezy feeling you get when you walk out of a low end used car business and you feel like the salespeople were trying to rip you off, and that is who you are now dealing with at the front desk and eyeglass department, sales people! To those 3 Easton Eyecare employees I recognized who survived the buyout, you 3 deserve to work at a reputable establishment. Hope you are shopping your resumes around!

My family of five have been going to this practice for years. I had an appointment, I showed up for the appointment, they told me I never confirmed it because I never answered my phone. I showed them my voicemails my received calls proving that they never called me. Then they confirmed my phone number they had in the system was correct but they had it marked in their system as wrong phone number. So I drove 35 minutes for my appt., missed hours of work. They told me they couldn't see me. They said a company bought them, not all the information transferred into the new system. But I confirmed that Dr. Bishop of Easton Eyecare is still working under the new name of MyEyeDr. They wouldn't even try to work with me when it was their mistake. Told me they couldn't see me for 2 more months. No excuse, they just lost five patients. See picture below of doctors confirming appt the day before.
