Dr. Andrews is the absolute best! She is AMAZING with my 3 cats and 2 dogs (which is saying a lot considering one dog has such high anxiety I cannot take her to the groomer or dog park). The prices are reasonable and probably the lowest in the area (I have taken a few of my animals to 3 other vets in Easton). She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and always suggests conservative treatments when applicable -- unlike other vets who will try to upsell you at every opportunity! The clinic also offers low cost vaccine clinics and will always try to accommodate you. Lastly, the staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this vet!!!

I was taking my cat in to get his nails tips put on and most the time after I took him maybe one or two nails fell off. I was always in the room with him when the text put the nails on and everything worked out great. They were able to put the tips on in a matter of minutes and Abner wasn't too happy but he wasn't endangering their lives. So after the last visit a day or two later a nail tip fell off and when I called to tell them cuz sometimes they'd give me a little bit off the next visit they told me that I could not bring him back anymore cuz the text reported that he was dangerous to the staff etc. The only way I could bring them in was for the doctor to give him anesthesia!! I told him that was absolutely ridiculous and probably what had happened was I gave him the gabapentin only an hour before the visit instead of two and could I please try one more time. Well they wouldn't have it no way!! So today I take him to the tall but he means society give a little donation and gave Abner the two gabapentin and he made out great. I let them know that but they didn't care. Dr Andrews doesn't want to admit her mistakes and she just wants money from people. If the text had a problem with my cat why didn't they alert my husband to that as soon as the cat was brought out??? They never said a word about Abner until I called back a few days later instead of nail tip came off. they just didn't want to give a little discount when I brought him in next time give me a break. Go to other people that don't try to gouge you.

Brought my cat Penny in for routine vaccines and it was our first time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They did great with Penny and had us in and out quick. They also have a good variety of pet food, treats, etc. I’d definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I brought my sick cat in for help. He got very sick very fast when I came in I told them I didn't have a lot of money bur could definitely do payments I was told ok there are options if need be. They then looked at my cat took his temp which was 105. I asked if they where concerned about that Dr Andrew's told me no cats Temps run high. They gave my cat fluids and a shot told me what he had was common for cats and sent me home. I was out of there office in 30 mins. By 6pm that night my cat died when I called to tell Dr. Andrew's she simply told me my cat was very sick. Well that's not what I was told on Saturday I feel like because I didn't have hundreds of dollars right then and there then then my cats life didn't matter. I will not be going back I will find another vet and I plan to get pet insurance because I don't ever want to have another fur baby die in my arms and know there's nothing I can do for them

Friendly, efficient, and accommodating team!I was in Easton re: a family health emergency and realized that my dog's Bordatella vaccine needed to be administered.Jamie advised me that they have a vaccine clinic; she got us in that afternoon- seamless and reasonably priced.Nick and Emily were very kind and helpful.GOAT, the clinic's friendly cat, greets everyone and is utterly content!Good to know that they sell Hill's Prescription Diet.

Dr. Andrews and her amazing staff are so friendly and awesome! They explain everything so well and so that you understand what’s happening. They literally saved my best friend yesterday by removing a ruptured tumor on her spleen. I’m so thankful to have them in our community! Highly recommended

Great docs that took the time to explain what was happening, good prices, large variety of pet supplies. I would and have recommended them. :-)I just had to have my pet put down. Dr Andrews was very considerate and explained what was going to happen ahead of time. The only concern I had was the price of having him "disposed of". I had another pet cremated there about a year ago and it cost $35. This time it was $75. But she was very compassionate during the whole process.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. The vet said she had experience with a particular condition that animals can get and yet she still misdiagnosed our kitten which has led to two others in our house getting it. She treated the issue as allergies when in fact was something much worse. We also always felt rushed over the past couple of years at appointments. I would not recommend this facility.

FURIOUS!!! This was our second time taking my 1 yr old bernedoodle to the groomer Kim. The first time they shaved my puppy down to the skin due to him being matted severely so i understood but what bothered me was they didn't give me a courtesy call to say "Hey btw we can't keep the hair so he'll need to be shaved." so I couldve been prepared that I was getting a completely different dog. Here we are 5 months later and my puppies hair wasn't as long as before and with winter around the corner I needed him to keep his coat. I SPECIFICALLY told Kim i didn't want it short just trimmed and the area around his neck can go. She agreed even felt his fur and told me it wouldn't be a problem. Well...HE WAS SHAVED AGAIN! no courtesy call to let me know. I absolutely hate that and I'm super pissed that my dog is shaved without my permission because maybe then I could've taken him to someone who would've taken the time to brush his knots out. RIDICULOUS! IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME OUT TO BRUSH HIM THEN SAY THAT! JUST LAZY...UGH!
