Great gym, but the personal trainings need to come back. Especially for the injured, elderly, and people who don’t know how to create a workout schedule in order to achieve their goals.

Every time i have been to planet fitness in Easton The facility was clean and not over crowded. There was also a person behind the desk to answer any questions.

planet fitness in easton, md easy to sign-in and use equipment. fitness instructors/assistants very helpful and courteous. fitness equipment well maintained and procedures in place to minimize spread of bacteria & virus remnants on it.

This Planet Fitness is concerned with quantity of members versus taking the time to insure they are providing adequate customer service to there loyal and existing customers. They treat there current members with disrespect and atrocious business ethics and practices. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the club although the staff in particular a team leader by the name of Christine was extremely unprofessional and rude with the way she handled a payment error on the clubs behalf. I was charged twice the annual fee of $49.99. I had called the club and was stern regarding my being upset regarding the payment error. At first Christine was very empathetic towards my situation but as the conversation persisted and it was explained that it would take up to 5 days for the refund which at the time put me in a financial bind due to it being handled on a Friday. I had explained that I was upset and she stated in a unprofessional and trashy manner that I shouldn’t be upset with her. I was then placed on hold abruptly while I was in the process of explaining that I was not in fact upset with her but the error that had occurred by Planet Fitness Easton’s behalf. Christine called the manager stating she didn’t have the authority to issue the refund. When she returned to the phone after a long period of being placed on hold. I was baffled and in complete shock to what the clubs next course of action was. I was currently at work when I received a missed call and voice mail from a number with no caller id which went to voicemail. The voice mail was from the AGM who did not even have the courtesy to provide her name. She explained that the club had returned box payments of $49.00, although that due to how the conversation transpired I was no longer welcome there and that my membership had been cancelled. Lmao. Okay needless to say that was a straight slap to the face. Lol. The conversation as I stated was not pleasant by either party due to being frustrated. Apparently Christine stated to her superiors that I was yelling at her which was far from the truth. I did state that it was BS and I still think that it is. I was in a store at the time and I can assure you that I wasn’t yelling. I called cooperate regarding the business practices and was explained to me that the owner of the franchise would contact me regarding the issue. I appreciated that I did get a return phone call although it wasn’t from who they stated would hear my complaint. The GM called me the very next day again from a no caller id phone number. The woman I spoke with had a smirk I could feel start through the phone. I can appreciate taking care of your employees but in this case it was completely one sided with the manager saying she has witnessed Christine taking care of upset members in the past with the utmost professionalism. Well duh she is right in front of you. Today’s society is so simple and overly sensitive. In the end I have a membership to a place where the business cares about there members and practices customer satisfaction to a level this club doesn’t even compare. The staff is required to look professional and not disheveled, overworked and weathered. Lol. I’m happy to not associate with a club that hides behind false advertisement and allegations. Judgement free is correct when it comes to who this club hires and promotes within, Trash.

I like the accessibility of the facility and the variety of equipment that is available for the clients to use. The staff is always very helpful and the equipment is in good repair which is very important. I have been to other gyms where the equipment would be broken and you hardly would get to use it. I also enjoy the benefits of being a black card member. I love the water massage bed.

Very pleased with how clean and organized the facilities are. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Fitness equipment in excellent condition. Easy location w ample parking. Really enjoy the added features of the upgraded "black card" membership
